+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and wrapped most of my things, except for my leather couch. I noticed that they were having problems moving it and would resort to dragging it on the floor at times. When we got to the destination, I was told that "the couch is too big for the apartment," and upon pointing out some of the damage that it's "just a scratch." The furniture company sent out a technician who determined that the damage was too much to repair and that they recommend replacing the whole couch.
Description of Work: I hired Affordable Movers to move from a 3rd floor 2-bedroom apartment without an elevator to a 4th floor 1-bedroom apartment with and elevator. Unlike the other moving companies I called for a quote, this company actually came out to my apartment to give me a free estimate, which I liked.
