seems ok. but because the spraying was somewhat late in the season, and one has to wait a month or two before the full effect can be known, i don't know for sure if the ants were gone because of the spraying, or because the weather got cool again. I'm giving the provider the benefit of the doubt. I will call them again for sure if our ant s decide to invade again in future summers.

Quickly done. Outside the house so no nasties inside. Can't remember the price but it was competitive having shopped around.

I wanted to love this provider, I really did. The full range of services they offer, the price, the slate of glowing reviews, the Angies List Coupon... How could it go wrong?? In every way possible, apparently. I called this provider a few weeks ago, no answer. No voicemail even. I tried several times that day, and then said to myself, "Well, it's the weekend, maybe they're not working." So I waited until Monday. And then I called and got a voicemail that they were on vacation, leave a message, and they'd return the call in two weeks. Not the greatest impression, but they have an A rating, and all that other stuff... Ok, I leave a message. Weeks go by, no call back. Ok, maybe they got overwhelmed with calls while away. It is pest season, I suppose... I call back, get voicemail, get told I should get a callback in 30 minutes. So I leave a message. No reply. I call again. No reply. I really want to believe that a company this great exists. But I have zero proof. Angie's list, and Mass Bay Wildlife Management, you've let me down. I feel like I'd be better off going back to the Yellow Pages.

They are amazing. They are friendly and stand behind their word. They are very professional and prompt and I would recommend them to everyone.

Immediate response and scheduling. Service guy was punctual, I didn't even have to be at home. Haven't seen an ant since.

Alex from Mass Bay Wildlife as outstanding. Rats had invaded the dug out basement of our home due to a very harsh winter Alex used traps (not poison) inside the house. closed with concrete >7 entrance ways and put in a monitoring system. he was very attentive and explained everything very well.

Took a few weeks to kill off all the ants, but totally gone after.that . Found one dead mouse in cellar, no signs of any more for the last five months. Woodchuck caught (and taken away live to be set free in the woods).

The provider showed up and let me know what he was planning to do. He went around checking the perimeter of the house and also checked in the crawl space and basement.

I live in a rural area and have a cedar home with a large deck area. I also have a wood stove. Not to any great extent, but enough to arouse concerns at time I did have carpenter ants in the home and almost always around the deck area. After this treatment, which was performed around the outside perimeter, I would say the treatment was 100% effective. It's been more than 30 days and not a single ant has been seen. Great job!

Alex was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation as to the minor infestations that had recently cropped up around my home. He was also very timely in getting back to me for scheduling and follow up.

it's too early to tell if the treatment worked, but the provider contacted us right away and was able to come out to our house to do the work within a week. The service came with a 1 year warranty, which is reassuring since we were told it could take a few months for the entire colony to die.

They came out did the service. They are polite, professional, courtesy, and punctual. I would recommend them.
