MassBay Wildlife Mgt. did an an excellent job and are very professional. Alex, the owner, is very knowledgeable, experienced, and cares about his customers. His employee, Ean, is also very professional and does an excellent job. When we still heard noises in the walls, both came back and Alex performed extra work at no additional charge. When he was on the roof, Alex noticed a couple of areas to cover to prevent animal entry and he took care of that while up there. The squirrels have not reentered the house. As it turns out the additional noises we heard (which we thought were from more squirrels) were not from squirrels, but from mice. So we also hired Alex to resolve the mice issue. His work is guaranteed for a year. And we experienced first hand that Alex is a man of his word and does return per his services guarantee. I highly recommend this Mass Bay Wildlife Mgt. Inc.

Squirrels still entering 3rd floor gutter have never at any time successfully been removed over this 10 month period. Company at first tried to get extra pay for setting traps again; now refuse to address this ongoing problem and seem to have abandoned it despite one year warranty. Squirrels are now between the walls and gnawing-- we are afraid of fire hazard from their eating through electrical wires. They come in and out of the original area that the company told us was the problem in 2015. Have recent photos & witnesses. During Sept & October more squirrels have been appearing, and going in and out of original spot and actively gnawing within our walls and at other places..

We had someone come out and give an assessment for termite control. We ended up not getting the work done at this time, but if we do in the future, we will certainly go with this company. The person who came out to the house was very friendly and down to earth. He answered all my questions and he came across right away as someone you can trust. This company will be on our new 'go to' for any future pest problems.

Alex is very thorough he explained the process clearly and removed the wasps nest thoroughly. We haven't seen any wasps return back to the nest.

This was a big deal purchase. It worked out well initially. It was only a month ago so I don't know how successful the pest control is going to be. But they did what they said they would do. The guy was very pleasant, Alex was his name and he seemed like he was knowledgeable. His pricing was competitive. He installed termite bait traps and a pest control program for, like, ants, beetles and stuff like that. He said he would come back and monitor the traps roughly a month later to see activity. Someone did come out and check. He found some activity and refilled the traps. In terms of the ants I have seen a decrease in them so, so far, so good. If my house falls down in a few years because of termites we'll know it didn't work out. If it doesn't then we should be good. Alex first came out to look at the property and give me the proposal that I moved forward with. It is a little early to tell, but based on the service that Alex has provided thus far and their pricing I would say they have done very well thus far. I have yet to see if it is going to be successful or not. I signed up for an annual service contract so they come out, I think, quarterly and check and monitor our traps and refill them if there is activity. At the end of the year, depending on the activity, we can kind of reassess whether it is working or what the next steps are. I certainly am going to ride out this annual service contract and hopefully renew it.

Service was very prompt and reasonable. Very professional and will hire again. This issue required multiple visits over 3 weeks.

Alex did a great job to spray for the ants. This is the 2nd time he have provided this service (last time was July 2015, and no ants seen until the treatment this month, almost a year later). Thanks Alex!

Fantastic job! Ian spent the time looking for all entry points to try to close them up and we have a ton of traps set up. We feel confident this will take care of our issue.

Most recently used for removal of bird's nests in two different places on the house which was done with the utmost care for the birds and eggs/baby birds. I was asked what I wanted to do with the eggs - a sign of genuine concern. The job was completed successfully - no more chirping morning, noon and night! More importantly - I have used this company in the past for many other issues - i.e.- removing mother raccoon & babies from inside the chimney, installing chimney caps, extracting squirrels various times/identifying and boarding up the entry point and applying yard ant deterrent mixture. I have used this company’s services repeatedly for obvious reasons - they are the BEST! Alex (President of the Co.) takes every service call seriously and is very responsive. He knows everything about this type of business and is very professional, personable and knowledgeable - he explains everything about the issue/pest – how it got in, how to prevent it from coming back, what his company does with it (if need be), etc. Also, I have recommended this company to friends who have used them and have been very happy with the services. Without hesitation, I would use this company again -and- do highly recommend them to anyone who is environmentally conscious and having an issue with any kind of pest (they cover many - see their website).

The service was fine. There was an additional cost because there is another family, but I actually did not think that was fair because the outline of the bottom of the house is the same. With my two families, one is on top of the other. So, if you go around the perimeter of the house, there is no extra cost if it was a one story or two. I paid 25% more. The ants are gone. They could give a justification for the increase in the price because I did not think that was fair. I would use them again only if I have ants.

Three trips out, total, but the price stayed the same.

We moved into our house two years ago and see ants constantly. Not lots, but always one or two. Then, in spring, they swarmed. We signed up with a regular pest control service and were having our foundation treated plus extra treatments and nothing. Finally, we determined we had carpenter ants right around the time I saw an Angie's List deal for Mass Bay Wildlife. After one treatment, the ants were gone (and he gave us a year guarantee). It's now been 7 months, and no ants. And no more quarterly treatments and payments that did nothing. Alex is very knowledgeable, not just someone who is paid to spray but doesn't have any expertise. We'll be calling him annually for our carpenter ant treatment. I recommend him HIGHLY.

I called about very loud noises in our attic , we were certain it was a raccoon. He came out very quickly and took a thorough look including climbing onto the roof to check for any possible openings into the roof. There was no animal evidence or repair needs so he confirmed no animal past or likely to come. He was courteous, knowledgable, and honest. Easily could have made something up in order to drum up business and was blown away that he didn't even charge for an on site examination too! He traveled almost two hours round trip, letting me know he was on route with an ETA that was spot on. Can't recommend enough, Great company!

It went very well. I was tempted to do it myself, but I was hoping to get some questions answered too. Scheduling was easy, and he even let me know that the ants in the shed weren't termites (what a relief!), and he sprayed around the shed too. So far, so good!

They were very responsive, instantly. Came right out to the property, treated the exterior, and POOF the ants were gone! Highly recommended!!! It's been three months and the ants have not returned.

Alex gave great explanation of the deer mice detection and why we were having bees/wasps in the home. Gave good advice on how to avoid these type of rodent/insect issues for the future. Will definitely use their service to prevent this again!
