Description of Work: I called Mass Bay Wildlife Management to come investigate flying ants at my home. I saw a couple of swarms and got concerned that we might have a colony living in our house. It would have been very easy to sell me some sort of service, but the guy who came out just reassured me that the type of species we had doesn't actually live inside houses. (He took one of them back to double-check under a microscope.) I really appreciate the honesty and knowledgeability and would definitely contact this provider again with any future issues.

Description of Work: He asked questions, went up on the roof and into the attic. |Found the squirrel evidence and put screens in so they couldn't get back in. Then he came back and sealed things up. He also helped with a woodpecker. It's quiet in our house again!

Description of Work: He did a great job of assessing the interior & exterior of the house, spraying foam to seal cracks/holes on the exterior, stuffing some holes under the dishwasher & distributing bait in the basement & attic. We haven't heard or seen any evidence of mice since.

Description of Work: Alex come over immediately after my daughter called to say she was having him do |work for her. I asked her to ask him if he deals with woodpeckers and carpenter bees. |He was extremely helpful, proffessional and knowledgeable. I have had a woodpecker from h***, pecking at my house for 15 years, without any solutions from anyone. He sealed up the facia boards where carpenter bees had infested and I haven't seen or heard woodie since. I am very pleased !!

Description of Work: They sprayed for ants because I had a lot of carpenter ants inside my home. They said the ants would take it back to their home and it would kill the colony. It did exactly that. I found a pile of dead ants falling from the rotten piece of wood on my roof and not a single ant inside since then.

Description of Work: They told me things about the carpenter ants that had nested in our home that I had never heard before. They knew their stuff. Also, the treatment that they used worked and was much cheaper than what others had quoted me a decade ago.

Description of Work: While prepping our house for painting, we found snake skins leading into the walls just above the foundation. Mass Bay Wildlife was the only vendor I could find that dealt with snakes at all. Alex Miranda showed up promptly, confirmed where snakes were entering, set a few humane glue-board traps, and showed us how to release captured snakes using vegetable oil. He sealed gaps between the foundation and siding with foarm where snakes might enter, and he sprayed a garlic-based repellent around the perimeter.
