Description of Work: While, at their recommendation, I did not use this company to get rid of voles (field mice) burrowing under my sunroom, the gentleman I spoke to, gave me valuable advice as to how to deal with the pests on my own and save myself a lot of money in the process. In my opinion, this is the way a company should treat its potential customers

Description of Work: Alex came out from Mass Wildlife and his visit was very helpful. He climbed on the roof to inspect the racoon damage and discussed the behavior and habits of racoons....he knows his stuff. Even though there was a nest in an inaccesible place over the family room and he could not remove it, he assured us that the "family" (mother & babies) would leave for good in July. Which they did. And to make up for the cost, he offered us a chimney cap, which was installed a couple of weeks later. We were very satisfied with his thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism and would use him again.

Took care of a wasp nest too close to yard/people; sealed up mouse/chipmunk entrances (though the chippies are back, we'll have them do some more work) inspected house, told us we might have bats (we did!) |just finished bat exclusion work...testing for termites, etc.

Description of Work: The company and owner are very good, helpful, and most importantly honest. Alex the owner asked to see photos of the "termits". Turned out them are just ants. I'll remember your name for my future service calls.

Description of Work: Organic mosquito treatments. Toward the end of each treatment, we would get an occasional bite, and the company gave us the option of switching to poison, which works better. But we are trying to save what is left of the bees and butterflies and poison would defeat the purpose. Anyway, the "B" for quality is because organic treatments do not work as well as poisons, but that is not the fault of the company.

Description of Work: I had an ant treatment completed by another provider, and 45 days later still had an ant problem so I purchased a Big Deal from Mass Bay Wildlife. We had some initial trouble scheduling due to weather (cannot spray in the rain), and I was concerned about timing of when I needed to get my children out of the house. By the time we were able to schedule, I no longer had an ant problem - seems my original spray finally worked. I would likely use them in the future, but did not want to expose my young children to chemicals unnecessarily. Mass Bay Wildlife was understanding and communication was good throughout the process. If I see any more ants this season or next, I would call Mass Bay Wildlife, especially as they guarantee their service to work within 30 days. My prior company did not offer any guarantee (though they told me the spray should have worked within 30 days), which is why I contacted Mass By in the first place.

Description of Work: Got mother raccoon and her babies too leave. Secured vents at either end of house so nothing else could get in.

Description of Work: They sprayed the perimeter of my house for carpenter ants. After two weeks I was still seeing them inside the house. When contacted, the owner was very friendly and advised me that sometimes the nest is very large and needs an additional spraying. someone was here within two days and sprayed the entire area again. I haven't seen an ant since then.
