Description of Work: Removed birds from hole that woodpecker had made in roof and sprayed for carpenter ants which had attracted the woodpecker.

Description of Work: Our back lawn (about .3 acre) had a large infestation of chipmunks, voles, and mice. Over the course of 3 days, Mass Bay came out and baited/trapped the tunnels. They ended up removing the pests and sent a detailed message about what they found. They also filled in some of the tunnels using extra gravel in our yard, which went beyond what they charged. We are very happy with their work and will use them in the future, if necessary.

Description of Work: They installed a one-way exit netting at the point where bats were entering |the attic, inspected and sealed up any other potential points of access by |bats into the attic, returned to remove netting and seal the entry point |after the attic was bat free. Also for the cost of a "bat house" they installed one on a tree in the yard, so we can continue to enjoy the benefits of bats living near by. ( Better than bug spray for keeping mosquitos away!) Will use them in the future for other "pest relocation" as needed. |

Description of Work: We called initially & set up the Big Deal $69 visit because we knew we had a carpenter ant problem & the most pressing was "rodent" activity in our great room electrical crawl space. The owner, Alex Miranda came out & checked around our property, in our garage, attic & great room crawl space for signs of carpenter ants & rodent activity. He set out 2 big rodent traps with bate (on the first initial visit) to see if anything would be trapped & to determine whether he thought we had a mouse problem or a bigger issue with flying squirrels. My husband checked the traps in our crawl space & found we had a dead mouse & no other signs of anything else. Alex determined we had a "small rodent/mouse" problem & suggested we pay for the Annual Home Assurance plan for (rats, mice, spiders, carpenter ants & other sm. insects) which we did. On Nov. 5th, his assistant came out to lay out bated mouse traps & the walk-through traps, & sealed possible entry points around the perimeter of our house with expanding foam where he saw potential entry. On Nov. 11th, Alex & his asst. came back again & set termite bate (testing traps) around the perimeter of our house because he didn't have them on him when he was out on Nov. 5th. He'll be checking these in the Spring to see if there is any termite activity. We were still getting quite a bit of mouse activity in our crawl space even after all this & we called Alex who came out within the week & set a bunch of smaller mouse snap traps & finally this seemed to do the trick. He'll be back in the spring for another evaluation & treatment. At the end of the day, we were confident Alex did a good job for us & seemed very willing to come back as often as he needed to in order to get the job taken care of.

Description of Work: Mass Bay treated the house on Aug. 28th. They were here when they said they would be. | |On Oct. 12th, I contacted Mass Bay to advise them that I was seeing live ants again. They said they would be out that week to treat the house again. I believe they were here; I haven't seen any live ants since. that week.

Description of Work: They treated for carpenter ants. I have not seen any since the service, so I think it went well. The owner assured me he would be back if the ants continued to be seen.

Description of Work: Treated our yard and perimeter of the house against carpenter ants. For the next three weeks the critters were falling out of various places paralyzed, barely twitching. The only treatment we have ever encountered that had such dramatic effect!

Description of Work: Set traps and checked them until two raccoons were caught. They then put fencing material around the bottom of a third floor deck to help prevent future raccoon nests. They found the ingresses and showed them to me, and fixed them quickly. Excellent service!!

Description of Work: We came home from vacation to discover a family of raccoons had taken up residency in our chimney! Massbay Wildlife promptly came to our rescue. They 'evicted' our guests and capped the chimney so it can't happen again. They were on time and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, we would highly recommend them and will call them again if any other unwanted pests come around.
