GREAT! Alex and his company are wonderful - very responsive and extremely knowledgeable in the field of wildlife and other pests. As a customer, you are kept informed every step of the way. I have used this company before for squirrels in the soffit of the house and was then as now very satisfied with their work. This company also has a great automated invoice/billing system which makes keeping an electronic (pdf) version of your documents easily accessible on line - love it.

He did not announce he was at my home; I happened to see him spraying about one foot up the foundation on one side of the house....was gone in minutes without any conversation. I have an addition on the back of my home with a crawl space which is about 2 to 2 1/2 feet tall. Obviously, he did not do the foundation as he would have had to crawl under but I assume he did spray the lattice work around the addition. Within a week, the addition was overrun with ants. I called and was told this was normal, that within 30 days, they would be gone. Two days ago, I returned from vacation, and there are more ants; on the floor, climbing the walls and two actually ran over my hand. My pet sitter, who was here twice a day. killed ants coming under the door and walking across the rug. I called again and was told that I must have a large nest and had to wait 30 days before they could spray again according to the directions of whatever product they used. I have no intention of spending the next ten days killing ants. I have company over the weekend and killing ants is not on our list of activities. I have hired another company. Perhaps if the foundation under the addition was sprayed would have solved the problem? I do not know which is why I hire professional people who are supposed to be knowledgeable. I have been in this house for 27 years and this is the first year I have had ant problems.

Alex was great. He came to my home and he was extremely polite. He put a snake deterrent down and one of the snacks made an appearance. He caught the snake and removed it from my property. I can't thank him enough.

It has been a few weeks since they sprayed and we have not seen any additional ants in our home. Prior to spray we were killing a dozen+ ants per week.

Excellent service. Showed up on time yesterday, performed a very thorough inspection of the attic and exterior of house. Alex did not see the raccoon in the attic and did not see a nest or baby raccoons, but he did see where the animal was entering the attic and said there were lots of paw marks around. He installed a one-way gate over the entrance/exit hole in case the raccoon had been hiding, pushed the roof soffit covers back in place and secured them with screws to prevent reentry via that path, and placed a raccoon cage trap on the roof to catch the raccoon when it came back. The raccoon was captured less than 24 hours later. Today, he returned to check on the trap and remove it from the roof. He took the one-way gate off and installed covers over where the animal was entering the attic. He also plugged the gable vents, as we had bird activity, too. I am very pleased with my experience. Alex was great at explaining everything in detail, pointing out things that I had not known about, and was the ultimate professional. I am very impressed with the responsiveness; I bought an Angie's List package for the raccoon removal on Monday afternoon and got a response before the end of the business day. The appointment was made for Wednesday morning, and as of 11:30am Thursday, the raccoon is gone and the repairs completed.

He found some evidence of mice and of past carpenter ant activity. He was very thorough and went into the attic crawlspace, which is narrow and difficult to access. We got an appointment within 2 days of our initial request and the report was provided promptly.

Everything was taken care of. They were very thorough and at some point, the skunk found another way and they came back and block another hole. The price was fine. The guy came back and didn't charge anything in the additional work that he did.

I liked them very much and he seemed like a nice fellow. He brought another helper with him. He had to come back one or two times because they come in and bait the traps and then they come back to check if anything hit the trap. They pushed things into the house so that when the bats come out, they can't get back in. They are like cones, the bats can come out but not go back in. He has got to come out and get the cones. He did his job.

Excellent service. Showed up earlier than scheduled, performed a very thorough inspection of the home, both inside and out, from attic to basement to garage. Noted two minor things to watch for come spring. Also took some small insects out that I had observed in the lower level for further inspection, determined they were a variant of "book lice" and not something to be overly concerned with. Very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection. Explained everything in detail, things to watch for, warning signs of pest activity, etc. Also provided a quote for services that may be needed down the road. I will definitely go back to Mass Bay Wildlife should any issues arise.

It was really good. It was fine. There was no extra charge. They were very efficient. They returned my call promptly. It solved the issue. I had a very limited interaction but it was great.

Alex was very helpful and thorough in his work. He checked the house for various signs of rodents. He proposed a plan of attack and scheduled a day to return to complete the work. This included installing one-way doors and traps in various locations. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing, and how the process would work. He also pointed out some probable carpenter ant activity (which he does not handle). We followed the plan, and we have been in touch over the following weeks. After the initial work not completely resolving the issues, Alex returned and found and blocked several more entry spots that he had missed in his first visits - at no additional cost. I have been particularly impressed with Alex's follow up on his work, to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer.

Alex was very good at explaining the problems he found and listing our options. He completed the work in an efficient manner and his price was fair.

We have had a minor mouse problem since the summer. We have just been using the traditional traps and apparently mice are smart little guys, so although we caught some, they were still around. We finally decided to call the professionals. There was a deal on this company and it was worth every penny. They got back to me quickly to make an appointment and showed up on time. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. After two weeks I think we finally got them all! We haven't seen any droppings anywhere and I can finally feel comfortable in my home. It is also nice to know if we have a problem there is a 12 month warranty and they will check back in, in 6 months. Will definitely be using this company for our future needs.

Prompt response and demonstrated professional knowledge. He confirmed my suspicion that there was a family of raccoons living in the chimney. He set a chimney trap, but extraction was not needed as it appears the raccoons had recently moved out. He recommended a chimney cap be installed, which I believe he did at a reasonable price.

I purchased their deal on Angie's List and the contacted me the next day. They scheduled the appointment and were right on time. The report was sent to me the following day and I was able to turn it around in 72 hours. Awesome experience and wonderful job.

The process was very simple. Brian was very professional and helpful. He discussed a couple of issues with us and how to correct the problems. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and I look forward to calling him in the spring to come out and do more work for us.

This wasn't the cheapest deal I ever purchased from Angie's List but it's the best to date. I researched all the deals of this sort and compared the extent of service offered and the the warranties and chose Mass Bay Wildlife based on perceived value. Alex was on time, professional, highly knowledgeable, honest and thorough. He gave me an in-depth assessment of my problem and explained a lot about how mice can get in and the best ways to block them. He showed me all of the points he had identified outside and what he had done to close them as well as where and how he dealt with the inside. Most of the offers I had looked at did not offer to block outside entry points or offer a 6 month follow-up and one year warranty, which Alex did. He also showed me that I had a squirrel issue which I will need to deal with and we discussed what to eventually do about that. This company is the one I will go to in the future for this kind of problem. Alex was also sensitive to the fact that I have an elderly cat (he's 17 and has retired from mousing!) and made sure that nothing was done that could harm him.
