We had a garter snake problem in our house. Alex arrived and scoped out the area, confirmed that the snakes were getting inside of the foundation and into our basement (gross!!). He sealed off all of openings of our foundation, sprayed a deterrent and put down traps in our basement. Its been a month and I have not seen a garter snake since and I'm finally able to relax when I walk into my yard. We did trap a couple in the basement which had been trapped after he had sealed off the openings. He also made suggestions for how to keep the snakes away (get rid of dead leaves and debris around the house) which is what we did. I'd highly recommend him and these services! Not to mention he is the only one in the area who deals with a garter snake pest problem. Thank you!!

Alex was great! He assessed the issue with ants and quickly sprayed around our household. Unfortunately, a section of our house was blocked and he could not spray. He said he would return a week later when that section of house was available and he did! If we have any further pest issues this is the company I will use!

Alex knows his stuff. I have a 300 year old home with many historic and ongoing issues. Alex provided well thought out options and genuinely wanted to work with me to solve the issues. I am one that compares online and by calling providers. I think I made a wise choice with Alex. Really nice guy. He is also very good about calling right back when you leave a message -- a sign of organization.

They came on the agreed day, but did not call ahead or contact anyone in the house on arrival. There was someone home, but we didn't know they had been here until the evening when the invoice was found under the door. When I called a few days later, my call was answered promptly and professionally, with an apology for the lack of communication. I asked about the reappearance of ants; he explained that it can take a month or so for the treatment to take full effect; was willing to come check, but encouraged me to call back in 3 weeks if there was still a problem. I opted to wait, and the ants are all gone - very pleased. Less pleased with the staining on the paint in the areas treated.

Alex returned my call promptly even though he seems to do most of the work himself and is really busy. Showed up on the earlier side of the timeline he gave. Was very professional and thorough. Had some problem areas to look at and he was straightforward and didn't try to oversell any services. Recommended just the standard ant treatment and he'd hit up the problem areas as spot treatment too for the cost. Offered a great followup service deal for next year as well, which we will definitely do (as long as this treatment goes well... and I'm sure it will or he'll be out to redo the treatment free).

Perfect! He said it would take up to 30 days to remove all the ants and he was spot on. Most were gone right away.

Mass Bay Wildlife is an owner run business. Because I've been working with Alex for a number of years, I need to talk about him in a broader context than just this one fairly short visit. I feel completely confident in his breadth of knowledge and in his integrity. Most of the work he has done for me has been around mouse control. Since I started working with Alex the number of mice in my basement has shrunk from several to almost none. I've had issues with insects, some carpenter ants and he always has a good and effective solution. if he doesn't know something, he will say so and then uses his resources to find an answer. if we have scheduled an appointment he will be there. In the rare case that something comes up he will call. He is kind, respectful of my home (and two cats) and if I needed to, I wouldn't hesitate to leave him a key. He's a pleasure to deal with. Although his business is thriving and he is busy, he always returns calls promptly. He came out to deal with the fly situation within days of my call. You won't find a harder working more well intentioned and competent professional.

He was awesome came out right on time took a look at the problem and told me I didn;t have any thing under my porch. He went all the way under porch. I told him I already paid for his service and said that wasn't a problem because Angie's List is very good about giving refunds back very quickly, which they did. I would definatly use Mass Bay Wildlife again, class act!

Happy with the results - haven't seen ants in the house for a while.

It was the fastest service ever. The guy showed up when he was supposed to and then took only 15 minutes outside. At first we were skeptical that it would actually work, but within two days all the carpenter ants in our kitchen had disappeared and they have yet to come back.

The raccoons took up residence in my chimney. The mother had her babies a week prior to the removal. The mother came out of the chimney, meanwhile Mass Bay removed the babies through the damper, from inside the house. He returned a second time to pour the new crown, then a third time to install the caps. The installs went smoothly, communication was through texts and calls, and billing was easy. Mass Bay turned problem into a solution I won't have to worry about again.

They sprayed outside, did not inspect inside (as other had done). They just left with no conversation about what they did.

We noticed a pile of dead ants and crumbled concrete on a ledge near ground level in our basement. We called Alex and he was able to come later that same day! He arrived when he said he would. He explained about pavement ants, the environmentally friendly treatment he was going to do, and how to manage them in the future. His work was quick and inexpensive. The area has been ant free since he treated it. We did have a follow up question and Alex responded promptly via email.

Best part of this service was the prompt response to all questions I had, other than that, the product worked, all the ants just started dying. It was great. Starting to see some more ants now, hoping they would die too, don't know how long this product will last.

I would absolutely use them in the future.

Arrived on time. Listened to my explanation of the problem, did assessment and got to work. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Performed work quickly and thoroughly. Pointed out other issue (wasps nest) and gave me information about how he could remove them or how I could do myself. Love that company is eco-friendly. Price was fair. Would definitely use again and plan to do so in the fall.

They arrived early and were in & out without me even realizing they were here. I saw the van & then they were done. The spray appears to have worked within a couple of days my husband noticed a slew of dead ants outside and we won't appear to have anymore ants inside. I wish we'd gotten their service sooner. We've had an ant problem since we moved into the house 2 1/2 years ago.

All work was done as described although since Alex didn't come back, I had to be on top of it with the serviceman, discussing the details again. In the end, I was satisfied with the work done.

Thus far find. He did say that we would still see some ants in the first month. But if we did see them after that, he would respray.
