Description of Work: Alex came right on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He assessed our home for carpenter ants and termites. We were happy to know termites were not found. He did spray the house for carpenter ants. Before spraying he informed us about the spray he was using. He did guarantee his work. If we saw ants we are to call him and he will come back again. So far so good!

Description of Work: He examined my house insect infestation, particularly termites He did not find termites, but did find some evidence of carpenter ants and suggested a treatment to get rid of them. He was extremely busy and it took over a week for him to come back (it also rained during that time so that added to the delay), but he did come back and do the work. Alex is very professional, courteous, and thorough. The first appointment we had needed to be rescheduled, and he called well in advance so that we wouldn't be sitting at home waiting for him. His price was very reasonable. I would recommend Alex and his company very highly. You will get excellent service from a very professional, nice person.

Description of Work: Alex discovered my critter problem was a female racoon and her baby using my chimney for a hiding place. Tried scaring her out using male musk but ended up using humane trap to get her. Alex explained everything all the way through, very polite and professional. I decided to have home make and install a chimney cap to avoid recurrence. Took care of a mouse problem in my attic free of charge too. I highly recommend this company

Description of Work: It was great working with Mass Bay Wildlife to address my mouse problem. The owner, Alex, performed a full inspection of the property for mice, termites, ants, etc. I knew we had a mouse problem but Alex also found carpenter ant activity in the attic. During the inspection, he very patiently answered all of my questions, explained how he would resolve the problems, and discussed my options. It's clear that Alex is very experienced in dealing with animal, rodent, and bug issues. He was prompt, professional, honest, and thorough. I signed up for an annual contract with Mass Bay knowing that Alex will take care very good care of the property. I would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: Alex came over and set bait for mice. He looked for areas near the foundation of our home which could be entry points for mice and stuffed them with foam-covered copper mesh. He thoroughly checked the attics and the basement in addition to the main floors of our home. He was on time and professional explaining to me what he was doing and the reasons for it. We were very pleased and would recommend him.
