There were very good they did exactly what they need to do. We were very happy to them.

I used Tree Tech 5 or 6 years ago and they were great. The opposite is true now. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a return call, I got the foreman's number from their main office. He did finally return my call and said "I'm pretty sure I called you back". Really? No voice message, nothing in my phone log and how about trying again? He said he would check it out the next day and would leave a proposal in my mailbox. That was on 12/5/17 and I have received nothing. Sadly, this is just another company that got too big to care about their customers.

Tree Tech was great! They did exactly what I asked them to do and they left our yard looking better then when they started (they cleaned up all the debris AND they cleaned our gutters). We worked with Dan and two other guys. Dan could not have been nicer and more responsive to my requests. I didn't get any other quotes, so I can't compare the valye, but it seemed fair. I would hire these guys again, for sure!

Tree Tech came over to provide an estimate and was very responsive to what we were looking for. Their price was good in comparison to other providers. On the day, they arrived and performed the work. I change my mind on a few bushes we decided to keep and was able to contact the site manager and change the scope easily.

I've used them more than once. They're okay. They're very professional.

They do a good job, but the cost did go up. Even though they did less work then the previous time. They're a big company, and they're well established.

They were great. From the beginning, Christie was very helpful in coordinating and planning this job. She explained the entire work from the initial preparations, the job itself, and cleanup. The guys are very hard working and worked all day. They exceeded my expectations by doing quality work. You can't beat their price either. Highly recommend them

It’s a great company but they are not punctual but they are responsible once they come. They are pretty professional on what they do and they are pretty clean .They are good at what they do. It’s just that to get them to go to your house is hard. They seem to be very busy. They are very professional.

We contacted Tree Tech to get a quote to remove some trees along a fence line. We wanted to keep as many trees as possible and because of the expertise of their technicians, we were able to do that. Several monster trees were removed without disturbing their neighbors. The logs were removed and the stumps ground within days. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Tree Tech was a pleasure to work with. Kevin was responsive to our phone calls. He was polite curious. We had accidentally double booked a furnace cleaning on the same day as our tree removal. I emailed Kevin late the night before, he was quick to respond and was able to ensure our job was first on the list to ensure the crew was out before the furnace tech came in.

I called for an estimate, and had an appointment within a few days. They were very knowledgeable and spent time with me discussing what I wanted and how best to accomplish it. I decided to go with a full day of work because I had a number of very large trees that needed dead limbs cut back, or had limbs overhanging the roof. The two guys who did the work were professional and friendly, they did a tremendous amount of work and I was very pleased with the result.

We've used This company twice - once about a year ago and again the other day. The first job was to remove 12 large trees in our yard and to grind the stumps. The second was to remove two additional dead trees. The first job was about $4000 and the second $300. The company was excellent - highly responsive and quick to visit and provide estimates and to schedule the work. The team did an excellent job removing the trees and cleaning all debris perfectly. Dan Hale was a pleasure to work with - very professional and helpful every step of the way. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were good, prompt and did a great job. They were a great bunch of guys. Then they cleaned up and left.

We are scheduled to have the tree removed. They got the quote to us within the next day or so. They were very professional. They came out in a timely fashion. I made contact with the switchboard and got responses from two of their technicians. I felt like they were quick to respond and wanted to make sure that the customer heard back from them. I had a very positive experience. They've looked at some other trees on the property and talked a little bit about what would be helpful for another very large tree that we have in our yard. I appreciated that.

Called three times. Secretary said they will get right back. Secretary said she would leave a message on his cell phone. Secretary said she would leave a note on his desk. NO RESPONCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

The work went very well. Tree Tech ground the stumps below the ground level and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue was a lack of coordination of scheduling when we tried to make the appointment. After a few calls to them, the appointment was made and kept on time.

I called to explain what I wanted done and to ask for a quote. They stopped by the house two days later while I was at work and I had the quote that afternoon. The price was reasonable so I called to schedule an appointment to have the work done. I was told they could be there the next day and complete the job while I was at work. I came home to find they had cut down the trees and cleaned up all the branches. A few days later they came to grind the stumps. I was very happy with their work. They always returned my calls and email, did an excellent job, and the price was fair. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a very large pine tree at the front corner of our lot that was looming over the house and street. The real problem with the tree was its roots had broken up the basement floor (which was too thin to begin with) over the years, and the previous owners hadn't done much to deal with it. We contacted 4-5 contractors to get estimates. We ended up going with Tree Tech because they were working on a reality show and our job was going to be subsidized by the production company that was doing the show. (We saved 40-50% this way, which is why I put an asterisk on the price.) What should've been a 4-hour job turned into an all-day affair, but only because of the production. The Tree Tech guys very professional as they took down our massive tree at the corner of a side street and the main street, dealing with a police detail, passing cars, curious onlookers, the production crew, and rainy conditions. They used a crane to remove each section of the tree and lower it to the ground, where two other guys removed limbs and fed them into a chipper powered by biodiesel. At the end of the day most of the debris had been swept up and carted away, and all that was left of the tree was a three-foot-wide stump. A few weeks later a subcontractor came by to grind the stump. I used a lot of the grindings as mulch around the front of our house and left the rest to settle into the depression where the stump had been. I appreciated that Andy didn't send us an invoice until after the stump was gone, and we didn't have to pay any money up front, though that may have been an unusual circumstance due to the TV production. All in all, it was an interesting experience and I would definitely hire Tree Tech again.

The crew came on time, did a good job, clean all the trash. very professional and responsible. The price is best among all the quote.

Last year we had a very large pine tree removed (not by Tree Tech). The stump was about three feet in diameter and directly adjacent to our driveway. Pat came to my house promptly and called me when he arrived (I was at work). He confirmed that he was looking at the correct stump and left a quote for the job. A week later he came back to remove the stump and, as agreed, left the mulch for me to use in my flower beds. I thought he did a great job, the price was perfect, and he was very easy to work with.

They worked quickly and cleaned up most of the mess. There was a small amount of plant damage and they left a fair bit of sawdust from the trees.

We called a few weeks ago to get a quote to remove a tree that landed on our property line. We were concerned about having heavy equipment on our land (we had some trucks on it last year, which shredded up the lawn, and we just spent a few hundred bucks to fix it up, so we didn't want to have the issue again). I sent an email, since my work schedule keeps me away from my cell phone most of the time, but they called back letting us know that they'd like to come out and give an estimate. I actually missed the phone call, but they ended up coming out on their own accord anyways and left the quote on my door. We ended up taking the tree down ourselves (We have some handy family members), but contacted Tree Tech to see if they could still remove the stump. Unfortunately we were in a tight time-frame at this point, as a fence company was also coming out to install a fence. We let them know our situation, and they promised to come out by our deadline (a week out...). Sure enough, they sent a crew over, took care of the stump well within our proposed deadline, and did so very quickly. We're glad we went with Tree Tech for the stump removal, and will likely use them again should any of our other trees need work! The process was pain-free, and they took the time to come out on their own to give a quote. And in all, the cost of removing the stump was actually cheaper than us renting a stump grinder and doing it ourselves... And MUCH easier too!
