Jose Moncure came out first and did my estimate. He was very polite and friendly, and was honest with me that he needed to discuss a couple things with his manager that he was unsure of. He e-mailed me a bid about a week later. Once it stopped raining for more than a few hours, the roofing crew came out and did the repairs in about three hours. I had also asked them to check around my chimney and work up an additional estimate, but the repair crew found the leak while they were up there and took care of it for no additional charge.

I contacted M&M roofing to inspect my roof because my insurance company was threatening to cancel my insurance due to their belief that the roof was not in good shape. They came out and inspected my roof pretty quickly and showed me where the roof was failing. They then provided a quote for replacing it. I had them do the replacement and I am completely thrilled. The work was done quickly and with much attention to detail. After then work was completed they cleaned up completely. I definitely would use them again, I am pleased with the work and the price.

Everything went great! Install was very professional. They worked on the coldest day of the year and clean up was fantastic!

Ruben is the owner and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very nice and very professional. He was punctual and his team of roofers was great! He was there when they did the job and was conscientious and careful. He vacuumed the carpet in the room where some small amount of debris fell in when closing the skylights. He was very communicative about weather and delivery delays. I would definitely use Mand M again.

Great service from this company. Lost 4 shingles from windstorm, called him got very quick response. Owner very professional, went quickly out and got on roof and gave me estimate and performed quick repair. Rain predicted for the upcoming weekend so he did quickly and was in tune to my needs as customer. I asked him about my roof, which is 18 yrs old and expected him to upsell me to a roof replacement but being a good business man he said I could get away with a few more yrs with it. Will definitely call him first when time for new roof. The other roofer I called who got rave reviews and was first on the list never even called me back

Called Mand M for a small repair on a gutter that started to pull away from the house. Ruben showed up on time as promised. The repair work was done within minutes. While he was here, he also took measurements for an estimate as I plan on replacing the roof and gutters outright this summer. Will definitely call him again.

I got the estimate very quickly after I called them. They are very professional and very responsive. We did not even meet for the whole job, but did all communication by emails and calls. They are great, best value.

Mand M Roofing was recommended by a friend of mine and they have exceeded all my expectations. They were awesome. Great work for great price, very fast (they finish the roof in one day) and responsible crew, and I have to say, the customer service is outstanding. Big PLUS that they left the property completely cleaned up! We were very happy. The owner, Ruben, is a great guy, very responsive, and approachable. He explained the entire process very well and answered all my questions. He actually returns calls! Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to receive great service at a fair price.

He did a great job. He and one worker spent the entire day on the job - from before 8 am to after 6. They hit some snags as the spot where the garage roof connects to the main house had a tricky gutter, but Ruben worked until he got things to his liking. They were careful with every detail of the installation. The only thing not included was the painting of the new replacement shingles on the house. If they had had more time, they would have painted them free of charge, but I told them I could do that myself as it was getting too dark. It has been a couple of months now, and the new roof and gutter work perfectly!
