Description of Work: the owner sent a crew to do an $8000 job & he did not come to oversee the work - results totally unsatisfactory - he tried to fix it himself & was unsuccessful - |had to hire another contractor - in my opinion he is unprofessional & does not have the skills to perform the job that he says he can do | |

Description of Work: I had purchased marble tile with a "permanent sealer" called Q Seal that was chipping off after one year. The product was guaranteed, so Q Seal paid Boston Stone Restoration to remove the sealer from my shower and apply a traditional sealer. The person was easy to deal with and seemed to do a good job. He left me a complimentary container of a PH neutral cleaner that would protect the seal he had applied to the marble. I would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Paul from Boston Restoration removed and polished a section of the kitchen granite that had water stains and added chaulk Cleaned and added cauking to 1st floor bathroom Cleaned and added caulking to 2nd floor bathroom Polish and restored marble in master bedroom as well as added stone protectant and caulking Removed caulking in shower stall and re-caulked the seams of the shower stall

 + -1 moreI recently had some work on master shower (the protective film was pealing off my marble tiles) completed by Boston Stone. Paul (the owner) was the one who personally did the work. Paul was very professional, punctual, knowledgable and repaired my tiles in a timely manner... Fast forward and no more pealing. I was so impressed that I also hired Paul to resurface my granite countertops. They used to be hard to clean and would leave a sticky residue. Paul rehoned (I believe that is the correct terminology) the countertops, and they are much easier to clean and look significantly better. Net-net, I had a very positive experience with Boston Stone and highly recommend them. CF
