Description of Work: i had an emergency and they came right and did a great job.

Description of Work: This job was abandon by Brandon Kierce on the first day, with a crew that didn't speak any ENGLISH, no knowledge of how to roof, taking the money from the deposit and leaving me with a disaster. I'm in my late eighties and hired this man from a recommendation of a family friend. Old shingles were used and are curling, this is an older house with a plank roof and the planks are now missing huge piece of wood and you can see the water and ice barrier paper instead of wood, ridge vent is a mess, gutters broken, a porch roof the has 2" nails coming through it now, you can see the nails from inside the room, a whole in the roof were the attic fan belongs, paid for but never installed, flashing against chimney is not sealed. Shingle were removed from the house and ice and water barrier paper was put in its place to seal the were the porch roof meets the house and finished it with globs of caulking and metal flashing sticking out everywhere. Never covered the ground to collect shingles and nails. The dumpster was to arrive at 7:00 am and never arrived until 12:00, debris was everywhere. I had to call to have the dumpster picked up, they informed me to have check ready. The dumpster was included in the price of the roof, which Mr. Kierce did not pay.The men that worked for Mr. Kierce filled the dumpster with tires and other items. The day the dumpster was removed the driver pulled out some of the items and left them all over the driveway. We are still cleaning up nails, wood, shingles and pieces of metal, not to mention the several azalea bushes that were damaged and broken in half. This matter has been sent to the BBB and the attorney general's office. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This man is very cunning and Licenses are EXPIRED and letterhead is bogus.

Description of Work: came up with a re-design of our roof, to minimize ice dams and freeze-up of sliding doors. His plan was simple and elegant and it works!!

Description of Work: Replaced roof on older part of house. Took off old shingles and installed new ones.

Description of Work: B Kierce Roofing & Remodeling re-roofed our garage a couple of years ago.

Description of Work: Repaired the roof and all rotted wood, removed all shingles and then replaced the roof with architectual shingles.

Description of Work: Removed rotted wood gutter and wood fascia from 620 feet of roof line. Replaced all fascia and repaired numerous rotted patches of trim and soffet. Re-seamed two 10 year old flat roofs. Removed existing tar and gravel flat roof (225 s/f). Installed new posts into the structure of flat roof for future deck. Installed insulation and new flat roof (225 s/f). Reinstalled existing railings on and rebuilt post surrounds on flat roof. Removed existing asphalt shingles from pitched roof (est. 500 s/f). Installed Laramite (fake slate) on roof and roof skirts (2 levels in front and 3 in back). Installed copper valleys on dormers and porch roof (4). Installed ridge vents (2). Re-flashed chimney and other areas. Consulted on additional roof and other repair work.

Description of Work: Total replacement of roof, including removal of old roof and debris. Reinforcing gutter corners and weak spots in wood gutters. Replacement of one down spouts with new one. Pointing of cracks in chimney. All roofing materials are brand new.
