If you want to work with this supplier of landscape materials and you want a company that sends the wrong product 2 years in a row and whose owner does not return calls or make the issues right then AJT is the place for you. Last year instead of the screened loam that I ordered they sent something else that did not do the job wasting my time and labor and money as well as all of the seed that I planted. This year instead of the screened loam that I ordered, they also sent junk dirt FULL of rocks - like 20% - also wasting my time and labor and money as well as all of the seed that I planted. The owner has not returned my calls nor made it right. I'm done with doing business with AJT.

Outrageously bad. The cost of the wood was low, but the delivery cost and stacking almost doubled that original cost. Still, I wasn't too worried about that because I may have to rely on my woodstove to heat my house until I can replace the boiler that broke during the summer floods. My wood arrived at the same hour as the rack I'd ordered to store it in the garage, so I paid the delivery guys to assemble it, which they kindly did. The problem is with the wood. It is muddy and wet, so even after a month of storing out of the weather, it is still very wet. It is awful. I'm not sure I'll be able to use it this year at all, and add the dirt clinging to the logs for the worst wood I have ever gotten. I ordered a full cord of kiln dried wood. I received a cord of the most disgusting mess I've ever seen. the one star belongs to the guys who assembled the rack. If I could award negative stars for the wood. I'd love it. Awful company to even think of selling such trash for almost $1000, all costs counted.

The provider promised but failed to deliver his product. He could have easily credited the amount paid since he asked for the credit card information to do so. Now the dispute process continues for up to 45 days. Totally unnecessary and not customer friendly.
