+ -1 moreVery well. Arrived promptly. Diagnosed problem quickly, discussed options. No pressure. Had been told the fee was 100.00 hr but was charged 20.00 since a full hour wasn't needed. Now deciding whether to do repair or not. Depends on whether I plan to buy a new computer.

+ -1 moreThe Hingham Apple store is very good, but Macauthority is much more accessible for us in Barnstable County. It's very reassuring to have found friendly and high caliber assistance for my computer and me. Scoot arrived as promised,. He was friendly, considerate and cooperative. His expertise was quite obvious. When completed, he checked the operation of my computer and my wife's He had good advice. We discussed memory and he quickly found a part and installed it , an unplanned bonus.
Description of Work: On my I-Mac G5, I had an Airport Extreme base station and a Time Capsule and neither was working. I called Macauthority and talked to Scott Reyburn on a Friday. He came to my home on the next day, reset the capsule, removed the unnecessary base station and wiring. He also checked for Snow Leopard installation and added memory. I now have a very neat and efficient installation.
