+ -1 moreI would NEVER recommend Lloyd and Bean. They were very friendly when they first gave us a quote to paint our kitchen cabinets. They assured us that our cabinets (from stained wood to white) would have a factory finish. What they didn't tell us is that within months the cabinets would start chipping showing the stained wood beneath. As another reviewer noted, they do not prep/sand cabinets. They wipe them down with a sponge and then start priming. In addition, Lloyd broke three of my cabinets and hung the doors crooked. When I mentioned this, he started yelling at me. They do terrible work and I would NEVER feel comfortable having Lloyd in my home.

+ -1 moreI would never hire Lloyd and Bean again or recommend. Our cabinet paint after 2 months began to chip off of the cabinets. They did not prep or sand before painting or even seal it afterwards. They were very unprofessional and rude. When I questioned them about the paint job they were rude and disrespectful toward us as clients. They left unannounced and when we emailed them if they were coming to finish- they never responded and never finished the job. They were supposed to retouch all of the chips and drips. They never did and didn't even have the decency to apologize or even contact us again.

+ -1 moreEasy to talk with. Very informative - obviously know their and quot;stuffand quot;. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we did not have the work done. If we shouldl revisit this project in the future, we will definitely contact them.

custom cabinets, cabinet refacing
+ 0 more. I love my new Kitchen!!! It makes me happy every day. Lloyd and Bean were very professional but a lot of fun to have around. I would certainly recommend them.
Description of Work: Lloyd and Bean removed all kitchen cabinet doors and took them to their shop to paint them white. Non removable doors on drawers and remaining cabinetry were painted in the kitchen. The hinges and door knobs were replaced. The paint finish looks like new cabinets would. Adjacent walls, where necessary , were painted as well as a wooden cornice was removed. They offered good suggestions and advice as well. There is no comparison to their treatment with just an ordinary paint job.
