+ 0 moreHe showed up on time to do an estimate and he provided a reasonable bid and I hired him. He arrived when he said he would and did an exceptional job on my hundred year old ceilings! I am now considering him for other jobs I am considering doing.

+ -1 moreIt was terrific. It was very very well done. It is still holding up after five years. Still looks great. I have some interior projects coming up and I will have them paint the inside as well.
Description of Work: They painted the entire outside of the house with primer and two coats of paint.

Description of Work: I have used Oscar as my exclusive painter for my luxury home on many occasions over the past ten years. He painted the entire exterior of my home 5000 sq ft in 2009, the interior in 2011, and other projects in other properties. He always comes in around 10 to 20% below other contractors. Shows up on time...keeps his word and is very meticulous with quality work. Very clean. After he leaves , have never found a drop of paint anywhere. Also important to me is he never whines and sticks to the agreed final price unlike others.

+ -1 moreThey were the best painters I have ever had. He was there everyday and had plenty of help. They did it the right way, for example not painting in the direct sunlight. They washed it with bleach to begin with and then painted the house with two colors. They did a terrific job.
