James was great. He was upfront and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Price was reasonable and the work was done on time and looks and functions great. I would recommend to any one that needs new gutters or repairs.

James Theophile of Gutter Protection Pros (GPP) came out and assessed the condition of my gutters which had not been touched in 18 years. James was kempt, personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Theophile wrote a reasonable estimate, which included a veteran discount, and was able to start work the following week on the 2-story split-level house. The GPP team cleaned out gutters, installed additional brackets, caulked, inspected downspouts, and installed new covers. GPP found one of my roof caps missing and was able to replace it and reattached stairs to a second story deck for a small fee. GPP not only left the grounds complete clean (not a nail, eavestrough collected material, or bracket could be found), but disposed of the old and deformed gutter filters I installed when I purchased the house. GPP also provided before/after pictures including snapshots of the side jobs. Gutter Protection Pros did outstanding work. I am extremely please with their performance.
