+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. This company doesn't return phone calls even though they did the original work.
Description of Work: This company installed the windows on my Cambridge condo building about 6 years ago and the windows are still under warranty. In the past five years, we had one window destroyed during a hurricane when a tree limb came through it. Currently, the seal on one of my windows has broken and a neighbor has a frame that is not anchored property it appears. So far, J&R Glass has been entirely unresponsive to a multitude of phone calls from our management company. So I give them an F because of services NOT performed.

+ -1 moreJand R Glass took care of the door issue in a very professional jammer. I took the door frame to their store and was given a price and told when the door would be ready to pick up. The repair was completed in the quoted time frame. I recalled having some screen windows repaired here several years ago and was very pleases with those as well.
Description of Work: J&R replaces a large pane of glass in a storm door. It required cleaning out some glass fragments and installing new thermal glass.

+ -1 moreCalled Jand R on 7/26/2011 with an RFQ for the above described glass.Within 20 minutes, I received a quote back. On 7/27 the glass was delivered to my house, cleaned on both sides and then intstalled on my desk by the deliveryman. I couldn't ask for a smoother, more efficient transaction.
Description of Work: 3 x 5 foot piece of plate glass, 1/4inch thick with 1inch radius on all corners to be used on top of my home office desk.
