They came out as requested. Performed a very thorough inspection and answered all my questions, we talked about various options and points of consideration, he was attentive and very knowledgeable. Sounded very professional. Of all the contractors that I have seen for my roofing project, this one was my favorite. But then I never heard from them again! Repeated attempts by email and phone gave absolutely no response. I was really looking forward to seeing their comprehensive quotation, hoping that I would finally get the level of detail and service I was looking for. How many times must one chase the contractors just to get a quote? And if the response to get business is bad, then what is the response going to be if there ever is a problem? I guess they just didn't want my business.

My experience with Eyles contracting was excellent. Our roof was failing and we had contacted several different roofers in the area. Robert Eyles was by far the most professional. He was prompt, walked the property with me, inspected the roof, and spent a lot of time explaining to me what was going on, and his recommendations. He listened to my particular concerns on adding gutters, and provided a good solution to my unique issue. I also want to say that he had his crew out that very day to put a temporary patch on one section of the roof, that the shingles had blown off, which was of great relief to me. On the actual day of the roof replacement his crew came out promptly at 7:00AM, and began their work. Boy, there were a lot of them! Everybody had their specific jobs, from the actual roofing work, to the tarping and removal of debris. There must have been 15 of them! They had everything completed by 11:00AM! Cleanup was excellent. To this day (3 years later) my neighbors still talk about the amazing job they did. Most importantly, in the 3 years we've had the roof, I don't have a single complaint. The gutters work beautifully, and the roof has performed perfectly. We have a lot of wind where we are, and I've never once been concerned about coming out and seeings shingles missing from my roof. I was very happy with Eyles contracting and would recommend them.

I had a new roof put on. They tore the old one off and put a new one on. They cleaned everything up. They were very thorough. I would highly recommend them.
