The team was very professional, timely, and willing to accommodate changes we had as the project took shape. We are very happy with the result, in fact it looks better than we even hoped for and would highly recommend them!

Everything went smoothly and well.

They installed the new cedar board fence entirely from scratch. Each board and cap pieces built entirely from scratch, including a beautiful gate with arched top and top of line hardware. We live in rocky ground, so they drilled as required and installed metal posts for proper support. Was very impressed with the craftsmanship displayed and the final product is more than we expected, plus being built like a tank. Only minor drawback is that they were backlogged so took about 5 weeks to get the installation date, but they were prompt once scheduled. Took a bit longer than expected (2.5 days), but seeing how they built it board by board, this makes sense. Price was near other quotes.

Right from the beginning John was super helpful. We communicated mostly through email and setting up an estimate was really easy and he came.within a couple days we had a complicated project because of.property lines but John gave us a few different options. When we decided to go with them, he gave us a timeframe and we asked for.a specific day as we needed to make arrangements for.our dogs and he was able to.do.so.for.us. We are very pleased with our fence they showed up on time and completed the job in about efficient manner.

The gate was a very big project stretching over several months. It involved other contractors and many permits. Builtwell did a good job on a very complex installation and held to their original price despite it taking a long time. They also stood behind the product and when there was a minor issue (faulty part) repaired it without additional charges. The installers were easy to work with, made helpful suggestions during the project and did quality work. They cleaned up afterwards and did a good job generally. The fence install was straightforward and done with no issues. They were again helpful in configuration suggestions and flexible when we made some last minute changes in fencing materials.

People were there ON TIME and already at work by the time I arrived at home to meet them. Very friendly and professional. Answered all the questions that I had, and the gate looks fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
