Brideau Energy

Brideau Oil is very professional. Showed up on time and did exactly what they came to do. I had a problem a couple days later. (on a Sunday) Made a call and 1 hour later they were there to fix it.

I am a Brideau (small family business) customer. I called on a cold Sunday, within 30 minutes Steve the repairman called me back. I explained my problem, he patiently explained the weekend rates and was here within 90 minutes, as he had another call before me. One hour later, heat. He cleaned up after himself, left his number just in case, wrote up his invoice, left me a copy, and then left for another call. It is reassuring to know that Brideau oil is there. They will not leave you out in the cold. Excellent service, excellent company, family values.

I have used Brideau Energy for 15 years and two homes. I purchase their Gold Service Contract every year and am grateful for the peace of mind. The cost includes an annual burner cleaning, which we always take advantage of, and it makes most repairs and parts free to us. We had an incident in late fall a few years ago where the heat stopped working in the early morning. A Brideau repairman was at our home within hours and quickly got us up and running again. The charge for this speedy repair? Nothing! It was completely covered by our service plan. The serviceman who performs the annual cleanings is always on time (or early!), friendly and polite, and always cleans up the area around the burner. We also purchase oil from Brideau and appreciate both the automatic delivery schedule and monthly payment plan. This "set it and forget it" model makes it super easy to be a Brideau customer!

He is my regular supplier of oil and I have been using his service for twelve years. He is always very responsive for 24 hours if needed. He comes out on the same day for service during emergencies. He always comes on time. He is good.
