Description of Work: I have ordered from Joe Bonsai, and now Bonsai Outlet, in the past. (Internet/telephone contact) My latest order was stellar as usual. Not only did they send the trees as described, they (Joe especially) went out of their way to accomodate a twist in the order as though I was a live customer. You can order from this companhy without fear. Also, very fast shipping. I recommend that you try them. Despite the "outlet" name., they behave like a small store that values your business.
