They were okay. I had no major complaints. However, I would not to recommend them to others. And when I get ceramic tile put into the kitchen I will look for another company to do it. I did not like that they did not work clean. I know tile installation is messy but I spent a couple hours the next day cleaning off stairs, doors, sinks, etc. They left fingerprints on white doors, shoe prints on stairs, dust on every surface, and an open bag of mortar in the tub. Then I had asked them to cut and install trim on one bathroom wall, they said okay, then did not do it. Their answer when I asked about it was that they forgot. Then they tried to change the second day of the job and push it from the original scheduled Saturday to the next Monday. When I explained to the owner that I had based my work schedule on the original schedule and I needed them to do it it on the day they committed, he then starting telling me about how he would have to pay someone extra to work on a Saturday. I had to politely remind him that I was the customer and that a scheduling error on his company's part was not my responsibility. Overall I feel that they are a bit disorganized in their scheduling and communication. They are competent at putting in floors. But if you are looking for a great experience with a flooring contractor who has attention to detail in the work and the scheduling then I would look elsewhere.
