+ -1 moreThe service was terrible he is my brother in law. After the job was done I did some research on the cost for a job like this and to my surprise he over charged me. You can't even trust your own family and I would never use him again. He charged me for parts that were included in the hardware for the new unit.
Description of Work: After Hours Heating & Air Conditioning came to our home in 2007 for a boiler installation.

+ -1 moreFurnace cleaning as every year--he takes apart the furnace, cleans, vacuums, reassembles, checks everything out and cleans up. It takes 1-2 hours and our furnace (oil boiler, steam heat, also provides our hot water) works great.
Description of Work: The most recent work was the yearly cleaning and checkup of our oil burner. After Hours has provided our oil furnace maintenance for 15 years or more. They are unfailingly professional, thorough, clean up completely, come in an emergency, are always polite and pleasant, and we have complete confidence in their work. They do our yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance; there also have been occasional repairs e.g. replacing the ignition module.The truly huge job was replacing our old furnace in June 2008. That involved not only disconnecting the old furnace and oil tank, but cutting up the old tank, transferring the oil to a temporary tank, bringing in the new furnace and tank down our old house's narrow and winding stairway, and installing them--a job that took several days, and cost about $7000 altogether.
