Jeff is very skilled and brings true expertise to any give situation. I had a leak in my AC Unit and after getting two varied opinions (big companies) I was referred to Jeff by a friend. I had a consistent problem but it seem to be a temporary fix . Also, I wanted to call a small business owner that I could count on instead of getting a different technician every time I called a bigger company. When I called Jeff he came promptly and diagnosed the issue. Unlike many big companies where they send any available technician out, Jeff is very meticulous, detailed, and thinks through the issue and the best possible way to resolve it. Most importantly the job is done the correct way without any issues/hassle! He has many years of work experience and is very reputable. I highly recommend his work.

These are the highlites of my nightmare. Mr Harlow hired sub contrators to do his work, because he later told me he had gotten a larger job and he couldn't do mine. The first thing they did was remove the oil heating system, now this was in the second week of December. Then he couldn't locate my new gas heating unit at National Grid, so I made calls and found it at a different warehouse. So his crew went and picked it up. Now I have no heat in the house week 1 , Next he couldn't get the gas company to come out so he could get it hooked to a meter. The subcontractor he hired to install the new gas heater used his credit line to buy large amounts of supplies not for the his work. I went out and when I came home I found the subcontrator standing in my kitchern drinking a beer which he took out of my refridgerator, called Mr Harlow and he came and fired the guy. Later I found several of my power tools that were in my basement to be missing. My brother was coming up for Christmas week and we still have no heat week 2. The gas company finally came and connected the gas meter. The next subcontrator wortked on Christmas day and it finally got turned on about December 30th. We used electric space heater a Mr Buddy gas heater and took cold showers for over 2 and a half weeks. He gave me a water heater I didn't want and is actually too small for the house, we agreed to an instant tankless system and he got me probably what he had laying around his shop. I had several leaking pipes which took him weeks to fix. He would give me a time when he could be at the house to do the repairs and he would not show up or didn't call. But he always had an excuse. I finally had to call another plumber to come to the house and fix the leaking pipes and replace the water heater pressure valve that leaked because Mr Harlow didn't turn down the water pressure valve coming into the house a simple plumbers task. Now we have the rebate's to file. I had $1500 in rebates on the system and it took me another 6 months to get the receipts from Mr. Harlow so I could send them in. Would I recommend this plumber to anyone? I don't dislike anyone that much. Next time I will do my home work and shop around for a reputable plumber who does most of their own work.

Jeff's a good guy, with a big heart. He loves to chat and sometimes takes a while to get things done, but he's reliable and wants to leave you with a good impression. I know I could call him at any time and he wouldn't dick me around.
