Description of Work: Structural repair of wall in a 19th C home. Replaced beams. Made Beams in kitchen to take roof load and cut the wood to resemble hand hewn.

Description of Work: Tom arrived at appt. time. Spent time with my husband and me going over the structure of the porch - which needs replacement. Then went through thr basement and the attic to check out structure of house. He spoke to us in easy to understand phrases and was prompt with sending an email of his findings as well as suggestions for the contractor who will replace porch. |Definitely would use Tom and his son in the future if I had an older house that needed to be refinished.
