I had this company install security cameras on my property because I had people coming on the property at night doing vandalism, etc... I was explicit that I needed cameras that would provide a clear image of a face at night (low to no light). I was reassured that the cameras I bought would provide night images where the image might be a little dark & discolored, but that it would be clear. Cameras did not give any good nighttime images at first because the installer did not set them for "night" mode. After they were reset, the images were better, but not nearly as good as I was led to believe they'd be. Unless there is some light (clear sky with a moon or a house light) then they are worthless at night; I have to keep a light on in the areas that I want to see ($$). I also paid a monthly "maintenance" fee in case someone had to come out to address any problems. Before signing any paperwork, I explicitly asked if the monthly fee would cover any future adjustments to the area that the camera views after it has been installed; I was told that it does - But when I called them back a number of weeks later to adjust the area it views, I was told that I would have to pay to have that done. I also found that the cameras do not always record in areas that I want unwanted activity recorded. With an item like this, it takes some time to adapt to it and then you'll probably realize that you have to have something tweaked to conform to your preference. Everything better be PERFECT for you when it is first installed or you better be prepared to pay them more $$. If you decide to use this company, then write out all of your questions/concerns about what you are receiving and what you expect to receive and have this signed and dated by both parties. And I received a substantial bill from them ($241) for their monthly service that was canceled 8 or so months ago. I got this celared up, but that does not make up for the aggravation and time that it cost me. I am glad that I am done with them and I would never recommend them to anyone.
