Appt set up. Nobody showed. Called they said Nick had to go on an emergency call and Nick was the guy needed for the job. Said he'd be there the next day. Next day. Somebody shows up-not Nick, there were 2 of them. Showed them what I wanted done. They asked if I minded if they checked to see how the furnace was running. I said no. When they finished one of them asked me how I wanted to pay for it. I pointed at the van and showed him where it said free estimates. He said not for the estimate but for the furnace analysis. I told him I didn't request that you did. He said he wouldn't have come out just for the estimate.He finally said he have the office call about the bill. Never heard from them. A week or so later, I called and asked about the estimate. They said they check and call right back. Never heard from them. That last phone call was on October 18, 2021.

My call was answered and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The receptionist was very nice. Nick arrived earlier than scheduled and found the problem quickly. He replaced the necessary part and had my AC back in order in under 45 minutes. Nick was very professional and friendly. I would call them again without a doubt.

We replaced a compressor on our ductless until. The unit started with a noisy running sound and stopped producing cool air just days after installation. After several calls to our contractor with no responce, we turned to Action Air. They placed a service call within 24hrs. The tech was on time and highly competant. He found the unit was way overcharged for it's capacity which he resolved and also completed a check point to ensure the unit wasn't damaged further.
