Pro Appliance Repair

Terrible experience. I had a problem with my dryer tripping breakers. They came out and replaced dryer thermostat kit (which seems unrelated to me) for $365. That (not surprisingly) did not fix the problem. They came out a second time (no charge... except my time) and failed to fix the problem again. Said is was not economically fixable and refused any refund. Not sure if they are incompetent, dishonest, or both. Plenty of 1 star experiences below - proceed at your own $ risk.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The make appointments and don’t show up and then are rude to you on the phone. Save yourself the aggravation and insults and go somewhere else.

To “fix” a refrigerator it required two visits because they come with no parts and will not go out to get the part and return in the same day. So two visits are required and they always come after the time window with no call to inform you they are late. Then the fix does not work and must call again with hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. They Once again blow by their window with no call and do not answer their phone. They are terrible… avoid.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT USE! DO NOT CALL!!! CHARGED ME $169 TO "LOOK" AT MY WASHING MACHINE. WHEN THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED NEW BEARINGS, THEY THEN STATED THAT THEY DON'T DO THAT REPAIR - BUT WOULD NOT REFUND MY $169. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!! ALSO, THEY ARE REALLY GOOD A COMING UP FIRST IN A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR "CAPE COD APPLIANCE". DON'T BE FOOLED.

Thomas came to the house after only a few hours after calling for service. He was very professional and competent. Diagnosed it as a broken pump drain. He ordered a new one and two days later came and installed the new pump in less than half an hour. All works well now. Very happy with this company.

It was a bit of a challenge because the new stove did not come with a part - the installer had to find the part, then had to get the kit to complete the installation. He did a good job completing the installation. He was courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend their service and would use them again if/when needed.
