Longfellow Design Build

We were all in on having them be our renovation partner. I was very upfront about the budget range I had in mind (in order to avoid wasting their time and mine) and what we were looking to do. I was assured this was within their wheelhouse. We paid the design fee and started working with them. First quote 3x the budget. Second 2.5x. Measurements were off and weeks would go by without hearing from them.

We hired Longfellow Design Build to do an addition and could not have been happier with them. The builder started on time and got the job done quickly. The crew was polite, hardworking, easy to work with and got the job completed on time. The quality of work was excellent and beyond our expectations. Communication with our project manager and designer was effortless. I would hire Longfellow next time I need work done large or small.

I would highly recommend Longfellow Design as a business with a knowledgeable, professional, and caring staff committed to quality workmanship. I am very pleased with their attention to schedules (they finished the work by the projected finish date!), workmanship, and communication avenues provided. From day one they clearly communicated the options I had in design and in the selection of cabinets, counter tops, floor tiles, and fixtures. Owner Mark Bogosian ably guided me through the overall design and construction process. Designers Mark and Gene readily gave me input on bathroom and kitchen design and suggested materials to choose. The construction team of Geo, Marcelo, and Evan aimed to please. With careful coordination and master craftsmanship, they made the magic happen. My lifesaver for the entire project, however, was designer Ann-Marie. She would contact me (email, phone call, text) to help with scheduling and attend to the many details that made the day-to-day schedule work smoothly and make the end results what I wanted. She is a punctual, patient, detailed-oriented, and dedicated worker at Longfellow Design. I felt as though she became my personal designer. We met many times in Longfellow?s comfortable showroom and conferred often. ?Ann-Marie, what pendant lamp looks better in this space? What tile goes with my color palette? Can we change? Could you come look at the gray paint chips I?m considering for the bathroom?? She also served as the most efficient communicator between me and the entire Longfellow team of people who so masterfully transformed my old, dated kitchen and bathrooms into stylish, attractive spaces.

Met with Mark and Gene in the showroom in Falmouth. We went over wish list and budget. About a week later! We remet and Gene had computer renditions of 3 different options. We chose middle of the rode. Demo was done in 1 - 2 days. Construction started immediately after demo. Crew was great polite and respectful of our privacy, they even got along with my dogs. Each trade worked well with each other and work was complete on time.

It couldn't have gone any better other than the paint mix-up (the color) resolved quickly.

The project went amazingly. It went exactly to plan and i couldn't be more happy about the process. Their tile work was amazing and the finish work really makes this seem like a high class kitchen. We had the project done over 5 years ago and it still looks like a brand new kitchen. Geovani was great at installing our cabinets and explaining the process to us whenever we had questions. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and have referred them to many friends.

The process went very well. We worked with there design team to pick out all the products including our cabinets and counters. We went with Executive cabinets and granite counters. The project manager was great (Geovany). He was there from the demo to the final day. They had a great group of guys that worked hard to keep the house as clean as they could because we were still living in our home during the project. The project took about a week longer then we thought but we had added some work throughout the project. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
