+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and made a plan: the big bucket truck had to be squeezed between fence & shrubs on the last level ground before the steep slope. The chipper was unhitched & parked then they got the big truck across the yard avoiding trees& plantings, rigged & started work in about 15 minutes. They got it down & cut into <2ft lengths; repositioned the chipper & cleared the brush. They also trimmed the top & vines from a rhododendron were too tall & getting on the wires. They were gone in a few minutes less than 3 hours. They were pleasant, efficient and careful. .
Description of Work: They removed very large oak, (dead by gall wasp), in a difficult position overhanging the deck. Branches had to be carefully dropped avoiding both the deck and the very close fence around the dog run. Unlike others who bid & gave me a hard bid, Bob gave an estimate based on 3 hours so I was a little worried but they had no problem doing it in the time frame exactly right.

+ -1 moreThey were good, on time and efficient. They got the work done when they said they would get it done. They cleaned up after themselves really well and did not leave a mess. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
