Work was completed and we called back because the sun room was not nearly cool enough. They added one more vent. Room was not cool in summer and felt another solution may be warranted. Called and never heard back from them. We've been calling for years because of different problems and had to use other services and fortunately we were satisfied with other companies. I just think of you spend $10,000 and have problems they should at least have the courtesy of calling you back if you need their help. We weren't difficult to deal with and just wanted answers to problems that occurred through the years. This company will not return a call after they take your $$.

In the midst of the heat wave, our central air let go. I live with my elderly mom and it was 92 degrees in the house at 4am. I called Triangle the next day and they were here within a half an hour. Checked all the ac parts and wires and fixed the problem which had to due with the circuit breaker (he is also a licensed electrician). Very professional, polite and to the point. Definately would recommend them and use them again.
