TREE TECH INC

Imagine waking up to finding strange men in your backyard. And then imagine them telling you that they'll be sure to clean up the branches that land in your backyard. And imagine that you have no idea of who they are as they traipse through your yard and your next door neighbor's yard (that you take care of) as if they own the place. No advance permission was requested to use our backyard to down our backyard neighbor's trees nor was there any advance notice. We also know no advance notice was requested to down trees into our next door neighbor's yard because the owner died 8 weeks ago! To top it off, they damaged 2 of our bushes. We contacted our backyard neighbors, the people who hired this company, and they said the work being done should not have impacted our yard in any way and had no idea that that Tree Tech would be even entering our yard. Their yard is rather spacious with plenty of room in which to down branches and trees. This wasn't just the random branch that fell into our backyard. They actually set up their work in our and our next door neighbor's back yard and did the chipping in the front of our house, rather than in the front of the house of the people that hired them. Because of such poor communication on this company's part and their entitled attitude, I would never hire this company to do any tree work if we need any in the future.

Even though we did not go with Tree Tech because they are completed booked until October, I highly recommend them. Tyler was extremely professional, informative and responsive! He came and gave me a very competitive estimate, and always replied my calls and emails on a timely fashion. It was such a great experience!

The project went ok. Tree Tech's equipment and men are very good. But they cut down 3 trees and left them in my driveway for three weeks before removing them. They are also expensive.

Work was done efficiently and cleanly.

It went well except in the beginning, the owner's son came out and gave me a price and I think he said he would take the stump out provided the neighbor agreed to him rolling back the fence. When the owner came, he said that it's her responsibility and we don't get in to that so we would cut the stump down and leave about 3 or 4 inches so it wouldn't grow any further but I didn't have a problem with the price. I think it was a fair price for what they did 'cause I had shopped around. The job took 2 days. I thought they were gonna leave not the sod off from the tree but they did spread it out and it looked really good by the time they were done. They were pretty good.

He was excellent. They came on time, and were accommodating. They were also very thorough. professional, present, and personable.
