Excellent. They were excellent in all ways and interactions from first contact to checking in afterward. Professional interactions, excellent work, and followup. I highly recommend as they were much less expensive and better quality than we imagined and compared to other estimates we received.

Quite well. The old windows had different problems; broken lock (not wanting to open), rotted frame, wasn't designed to open, etc.. They replaced with "new construction" (not "replacement", which are smaller), medium grade (low e, not the top of the line). Very reasonable with suggestions for what type of windows (didn't want exact replacement, wanted something better). Very clean and neat, removed all debris, put new woodwork on out and inside. Inside was primed, but needed painting. Windows look wonderful. Now deciding on blinds and such... Only downsides was cost (a little high), and they did give the story about saving money if we decided in the next week. But that was the only sales gimmick used to get us to buy. Otherwise was easy to deal with, and low pressure.
