Great they where on time,they took away all of the stuff they had to dig up,drive way is 20-40 and I love it. My daughter had hers done and we are both very happy.

Sam kept his promise on the work and quality he provides...Very polite and Honest...Your opinions and concerns really matter to him...Sam and his crew were 2nd to none....When they arrive they are on a mission..to give you the best possible service ,quality and plainly get the job done and in a timely fashion.....totally amazing to watch this crew work.....I was blown away and very impressed....No hanging around ..No taking breaks every 10 minutes...Im a tradesmen myself and can tell after 10 minutes if workers know what they are doing....And boy proof is just watching them..I wouldnt waste my time checking other paving companys or reviews from anyone else...I just saved you a bunch of time and research ...Hire this crew and you will be more than 100 percent satisfied..

Called and spoke w/Vicki regarding an Estimate. She gave me an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. July 7th time 8AM NEVER SHOWED! I had to rearrange my schedule so I'd be available for them & ready for work. I left a message on July 7th stating to them "I guess you don't want my business." Never heard a word.

I contacted Sam, the owner, in the afternoon and he came to my home to give me an estimate that very evening. I had mentioned to him that I wanted driveway to look pristine. When I arrived home the next day, I was so surprised to find the job completed. Everything was pristine and perfect. Sam is very friendly and professional. If I could give his company an A+ I would.

I called Sam on Thursday morning, he was on the road and close by. He said he could be at my house in 10 minutes, if that was convenient for me. He arrived promptly estimated the job and said he could come the next morning. Again arrived promptly. He is a very personable man, who takes great pride in his work. He uses quality materials, hot fired crack filler and quality sealer. His staff are pleasant, it was like a work of art watching them put down the sealer. They even used material near the sealer truck, where they were stepping, so the street would not have footprints from the sealer - very neat and tidy. Certainly not the cheapest but by far worth the price. After getting not even a call back from other companies, we were very satisfied with Sam's promptness and quick response. Will definitely use Modern Paving again in the future - highly recommended

Sam from Modern Paving was contacted on a Sunday and personally answered the phone. He promptly drove over the same day to give an estimate for repairing driveway cracks and seal coating. However the job was delayed 2 weeks due to constant rain. During that time Sam actually called me twice apologizing for the delay due to the weather ! First nice day he promptly contacted me and reported to the job with a helper. They took extra care to ensure top quality workmanship and encouraged me to watch them work to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. Driveway looks great !

Sam is a real professional who takes great pride in his business and his work. He responded to my request for an estimate immediately and showed up to do the job as promised on the day and time agreed upon. He and his men did a fantastic job and my driveway looks great. Samuel was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He was at my home when he said he would be, his price never changed, and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. Even when there was a problem with my check, (which I rectified immediately), he was more concerned I was happy with the job then the problem with the payment. Would recommend to anyone who needs this type of service.

The crew showed up on the day and time that Sam promised. The men did an awesome job and Sam was here to oversee the progress. From start to finish took about 5 hours to replace approximately 1600 square feet of driveway and a small walkway to the back door. I'm extremely happy with the work and work ethic of Sam and Modern Paving. Sam's word is his bond. I highly recommend this company!

He did an excellent job and the end result was outstanding and a good looking finished job. His workers where very professional and knew what to do and when to do it. He was on time and very attentive. The crew was very polite and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. They did a very nice job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm a very satisfied customer. The company paved my driveway in 2015. and came back the next year to seal the asphalt as part of the package. After finishing the job a surprise rain storm came through causing some of the sealant to splash up on the side of my house. Sam came the next day and cleaned everything perfectly. He is totally committed to good service.

It went excellent. He came and did everything in one day. It was exactly like he explained it would be. He left me with instructions not to drive on it.

It was excellent. They were here on time. They started when they said they would start and completed when they said they would complete. There was very little interruption of my employee's parking, everything went as planned. They cleaned up the areas that they worked in and were very detailed.

Provider was scheduled to provide estimate for driveway on 8/31/2015 at 0830. I called the company at 0930 because nobody had come to give the estimate. Was told by the lady that I spoke to "Oh, I forgot to call you to reschedule." I had cut my time away and came home a day early to keep this appointment.
