We are in the process of restoring our historic 1800s home and a completely new heating and hot water system was on our list of repairs. When our system suddenly failed just 2 days before Christmas, Marc’s Sheet Metal sent service technicians out the same day to get us up and running again! We then met with their design technician to create a plan to remove the entirety of the ancient system and replace the haphazard maze of leaky pipe work. They were even able to design the system around our old coal shoot so we would have much more usable space in our basement! The attached before and after pictures speak for themselves about the quality of their workmanship. The team and contractors arrived promptly, were courteous, regularly communicated with us on their progress, and were extremely neat and clean. They also went above and beyond by bringing in some portable heaters to ensure and elderly family who lives with us would be warm during the process. We look forward to using their services again when we are ready for central air conditioning and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning services.

Received a quote 4/2017. I called him 4/2017 and told him I was interested in him doing the work, but I wasn't ready yet and that I would call him when I was ready - I needed other work done first. I called him on 9/5/2017 to come do the work. He said he was extremely busy -- MAYBE 4 weeks. I called him in October. No Reply. I called him 1.5 weeks later and he said he was too busy and could maybe do the job in 2 - 3 months! That was a slap I the face to me keeping my word over the summer and then waiting 6 weeks for him in September and October with no results. Very poor reflection on the company!
