About us

We work in group of 2 staff in each home. Normally a house of 2-3 bedrooms require two hours of work, but can vary depending on the condition of the house, number of bathrooms, square feet, and other factors. Should your maid determine that the work will surpass the estimate, we will contact you in order to receive your approval to proceed beyond what has been estimated. Charges an hourly rate of $38 for two cleaning professionals. No travel charges. Service fees apply. May contact through email, phone or website: www.ladiescleaning.com. On our first visit we will do an initial cleaning . Because these cleanings are generally tougher and take far longer than a routine, or maintenance cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first house cleaning. After the initial visit we will work with you to create a regular maintenance cleaning time that is convenient to your schedule. For our weekly and bi-weekly clients, we will schedule cleaning services that will allow you and your family a day you can depend on for your cleaning. You will have the same day of the week for every cleaning. Example: (every other Thursday). For once a month cleanings, we will make every effort to schedule your cleaning around the same day each month. Example: (the first Friday of each month

I purchased a deal through Groupon for four three-hour house cleaning sessions for $200. To redeem them, I was instructed to go onto their web site and set up appointments. I was disappointed to see that for group purchasing clients, appt. times were very limited and the first available opening was not until well after the expiration date of my group purchasing deal. I wrote an email to the company and they assured me that as long as I booked my appt. prior to the expiration date, they would honor them. My second disappointment was to learn that their three-hour house cleaning sessions were actually an hour and a half, not three hours. Again, I emailed the company. Their explanation was that by sending two people to my home for an hour and a half, I would be receiving three hours of house cleaning service. The day before my 1st cleaning, I received a nice reminder email and personal phone call from the company the day before. The day of the appt., however, the cleaners did not show up at the scheduled time ior call to say they would be late. After over an hour of waiting, I called them. They said they could be there later in the day. Since I couldn't be home later in the day, I had to cancel. They assured me that I could go back online and re-reschedule the appt., which I did. For the second appt., I again received a nice email reminder and phone call the day before. The cleaners showed up over an hour late and I spoke to them about where I wanted them to clean and where they did not need to clean. They proceeded to clean wherever they wanted and did not follow my instructions. Their cleaning was not very good or thorough, and they were very rushed. They knocked over my daughter's musical bell instrument on the floor and didn't tell me - in one of the rooms I asked them not to clean. Though I was not impressed with their 1st cleaning, I did not complain to the company because I had prepaid for three more cleanings. For my next appt. I did not receive an email reminder or call the day before, and they did not show up to clean. I called them and the man answering the phone said he just installed a new scheduling system and it messed up all their appts. He asked me to go online and reschedule it, which I did. The same thing happened for my next appt. They did not show up or call me. When I tried to call them, their phone system rang busy all day. I started to wonder if they were still in business, so I logged into their website. I was shocked to see that my three remaining appts. (including the appt. scheduled for that day) were marked as 'Cancelled'. I tried to make a new appointment on their website, but the option for group purchasing customers to schedule appts. had been removed. I wrote the company an email and they responded with an excuse that their scheduling system wiped out all their group purchasing appts. They said they would honor my remaining three clearnings. The cleaners showed up at my next cleaning on time and they did a very good job. It was a different cleaning crew than the previous time. Although I believe these issues are resolved, I should not have had to go through any of this. I showed them more patience and stuck with them longer than most people would have. I hope this company gets their act together before offering more Groupon or Living Social deals.
Description of Work: They were supposed to perform house cleaning for me - four times, for three hours each. However, they only performed one and cancelled all my other three scheduled appointments. Theier scheduling system does not work well for group purchasing customers.

I bought a Living Social coupon for (3) 3 hour cleaning services from this company. The first time the girls came out they did an amazing job. I even called the office and told them I would like to hire them for a weekly cleaning once I use up my coupon. From there my experience went downhill. Every time they came to clean they asked to change the date or time even though I made the appointments 2 months in advance. I asked for the same girls, as the first cleaning, but did not get them the second time. The ones who came did an OK cleaning, but broke the liner in my trash can and never informed me. The third cleaning they again changed the time and then never showed up and no one called me. I called the office and left a message trying to find out what happened, no one called me back. I called again the next day and was told they had an accident (which is scary since the first time they came I was told they had "car issues" which is why they had to change the date.) I then asked if they could come that day since it was the Friday before Christmas and I was having guests. I was told they would look at the schedule and either the person on the phone or the manager would call me back. AGAIN no one called me back. That Monday I wrote an email hoping with this type of communication I would get a response, I told them how disappointed I was, especially after telling them I wanted to become a regular customer. I asked for them to come out on one of three different dates to clean. What do you think, no response. After 2 weeks of not hearing
