We were very pleased with the work that the crew from Insulate 2 Save did for us. The three workers that came were very professional and knowledgeable. They were friendly to both my wife and I as well as our 11 year old son, throughout the many times they had to walk through our house. It was very hot the two days they were here.They spent much of the time either in the sun or up in one of the attics or eaves covered with sawdust or insulation, however, they remained good spirited the entire time. They ran into a few roadblocks along the way as our upstairs bathroom was piped somewhat strangely from the norm, by a former homeowner. They were able to solve all the problems with the best interests of our house in mind. To us, this showed a level of knowledge and experience that is very important as we are not as educated in these areas and were able to learn a lot of information. I would not only recommend Insulate 2 Save to others, but I would also recommend the three employees that came to our house. I would also choose them again myself if I needed more work done in the future.

Crew was great, on time and professional. Workmanship was excellent and everything was cleaned up and put away when they were done.

The crew arrived at 8AM and proceeded to walk the entire site to assess any potential problems. They worked until 5PM to finish the job in one day. They were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and worked hard all day to make sure the job was done right. I was more than happy to provide cold bottles of spring water throughout the day for them. They brought there own, but cold spring water is always better than room temperature. Midway through the day, the owner showed up to see how the job was going. Roland is a true gentleman and it was a pleasure to meet him. They followed through on all details and even vacuumed the rugs before leaving the site. Don't hesitate to consider doing business with them.

My mother and I are extremely happy with the work Steve, Eric and Ryan completed. It was a three day job and the crew was punctual, professional, courteous and most of all skilled. They explained the work to us in laymen's terms so that we could understand what was being done and why. The most impressive thing to me is how they managed to insulate a basement crawl space under my mom's bedroom and bathroom addition that had been an area of issue for years. The cold, moisture and mildew smell from the dirt floor were horrible and I had to board up the wall that lead to the area. They explained to me the problem with boarding the hole and how it prevented needed heat from getting to the pipes. To resolve the issues they placed heavy mil plastic sheeting over the dirt floor and up the wall, covered the wall in 2 inch thick insulation and sealed the sections with foam insulation. That area had been a problem for years, but now I do not smell the mildew coming into the finished basement area or up into the air ducts in the bedroom. I have not and will not put the board back over the crawlspace hole because I understand the danger in damaging our home. They made us feel informed and eliminated a major concern I had for the health of my family and home. That's very important to us! We appreciate the level of effort and care shown by our team. We used Insulate 2 Save as a result of a National Grid Energy Audit to improve our in-house insulation. The team was professional and did a wonderful job. The work was done with care. They cleaned up after themselves and the crew was very personable and friendly. They worked hard! The owners stopped by to review the job later in the day. They were very friendly and made sure we were satisfied. We immediately felt a marked improvement in the house temperature that first night!
