Bigelow himself came to check out my roof and apply the sealants. Great person to work with. Very dedicated to quality. I got on the roof with him and he explained the issues and then wanted me to see what he'd done afterwards. Given that we could not find any obvious cause of the leak, he was totally honest about the possible success rate of his work, and said to just call again if the leak recurred.
