I had my carpets cleaned on August 15th. Person did quick job and steps not same as promised on web site and could not stop talking about how he needed to get home as he had company at his house. Carpets were left wet and stained. Took 3 days to get main area of carpets to dry with air conditioning and fans. Carpeting under couch was not protected as stated in their ad and there were stains on capet. The carpeting under the couch took too long to dry. Days. Called and asked for someone to come 3 days later and reclean carpets and remove stains. Took 1.5 weeks to get someone there. Next day had strange odor in condo even with air conditioning and fans on. Odor continued next day and I tracked it down to the couch area where I found mold growing on the mattress in my sleep sofa and the carpet was still wet with result stain on carpet from where couch was sitting. In order to remove odor had to remove mattress and place in plastic bag and found more mold on couch itself. I immediately called emergency number that same day. No response. Next day received call from owner and told him I had mold on new 2 month old couch and rust stains on carpet. He said that was my fault and someone woulde call me in 2 days to set up appt. Over next 2 days called various number as well as sent emails.Two days later no phone call just email at end of day saying he was going to come next day between 5:30 and 6:00. Mean time mold continued to grow even with fan and air conditioning in use 24/7. When Ricky O'Rourke came to evaluation the mold he "smelled" the mattress which I had placed in a bag and stated "I don't smell anything".. He did not even look at the entire mattress and told me I could wash the covering on the couch which had mold on them. I said that this couch needed to be replaced completely as too much time had passed and the mold was out of control and had spread. He stated "that is not going to happen" and became very rude when I wanted to know why nobody returned my emergency calls to the emergency number. The couch is ruined and will have to be thrown out. He slammed my couch pull out back into the couch, ran out of the condo saying you do what you want and slammed my front door. Totally unprofessional behavior on part of owner and the first individual that originally came and did quick cleaning of carpets that was in a hurry to get home. Their web site promised a 10 step process which included protecting furniture and sucking up as much water off carpets as possible. There was no 10 step process and I have to replace my 2 month old couch moldy couch. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Provider was professional and did an excellent job as compared to other contractors we've used in the past. The service provider was pleasant and professional and provided useful tips to keep the carpets and upholstery in good shape. Would recommend this provider even though their price was higher than other estimates we received.
