Tony & Lee were here promptly at 9 AM and worked continuously until lunch. Both stayed daily until 4:30. Both were personable & friendly & at the end of each's day's worked, cleaned up the whole area. Russ, the owner, stopped by twice to check on progress. Our 2nd time using Care Free. Superb. And, we will be using them again next year. The workmanship of contractors speaks volumes.

I had emailed the company to get an estimate for a roofing job. I did not get a response until almost a week later. Arrange a time for someone to come and do estimate. The gentleman from the company discussed the job with my husband and then requested to sit down with both of us to go over. He had no written estimate to offer, he just wrote down a number on a piece of paper. He did some measurements, but did not exactly get up onto the roof to look at it at all. He said they would roof over the existing shingles, even though some were broken and fallen off. He kept changing the price, dropping little by little and kept pushing us to decide right then to go with them. I had said from the beginning that we would not make a decision then, that we would compare to other estimates first and let him know. But he continued to push over and over saying he could drop the price a few hundred more if we would agree right then. His final "lowest" estimate was about the same price as the other company we had do an estimate - but the other company was going to remove all the old roofing first! We went with the other company.

The estimate seemed very high, and then they didn't have some necessary information that they said they would send to me, but they never did, so I do find that questionable.

When we signed a contract with these guys they kept trying to change the contract on us. The were very dishonest with us and unprofessional. I would not recommend them in the future.

All ewnt very well, except they didn't take credit cards as adveritised on Angie's List.

I feel the job Care Free Homes did couldn't have gone any better. They exceeded any level of expectations that I had in starting and completing the job in a professional manner.

Everything was wonderful, well organized, workers were there everyday until job was complete. Workers took particular care with the quality of work, making sure that everything was the way I wanted it and helping me out with the things I was not sure of with their experience. I always use Care Free Homes company because I know that they use quality products and the workers are exceptional. Again, Care Free Homes has gone above my expectations.

The color that I wanted I could not get. I believe I could have gotten a lot less expensive siding with a better job done.

My most recent experience was after a hurricane. Part of my roof blew off. I made a call and they came later that day. They looked over my roof, and gave me an estimate by the end of the day. The next day they came by and patched my roof until everything was handled with the insurance (that way there would be no more further damage). While wait for my check I picked put the color of my new roof and it was delivered in less than a week. I also decided to replace my gutters as those too looked damaged. The price was too good not to get it all done at once. Once my check cameo they were here the next morning at the time they stated. They worked for two days and finished my roof and gutters. The men were very nice and clean. They would even waved to the little ones in my daycare from the roof. I was very happy with the results. They also follow up with me to check the service and call me annually to let me know of offers they have.

Evverything went just fine with this company.

This company does wonderful work. I was very happy with them. The crew was very personable and professional when they were here. I would recommend using this company. There prices are a little bit pricey but the quality of work will make up for that.

I was not very happy with how things turned out with this company. When they installed the siding they installed it incorrectly. I knew that you had to be specifically trained to install this siding and they weren’t. I asked them a few times to stop because it looked like they were installing it incorrectly and they just ignored me. I had the supplier come out and inspect it and he agreed it was installed wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I really wasn’t too happy with this company at all. The back door that they replaced doesn’t close right. When they were roofing our barn the crew had no idea what they were doing. We also had some issues with the sales rep. After going over everything with him they still couldn’t get the right product ordered. I would never use this company again.

Everything went ok with this company. I was very happy with the way they installed the siding. It looks great but the gutter guard was installed incorrectly. I had to call them a few times to get them to come out and take a look at it. They told me it was because the gutters were installed incorrectly. Overall, I was too happy with the way things turned out with the gutters.

About seven years ago I hired Care Free Homes to install replacement windows into my home. Friends of my sister had them do some remodeling in there home and told me they did a great job. It was a great experience, I will hire them again. The workers were prompt and efficient, showed up early and completed the job in one day, cleaned up everything and took all the old windows with them. The worker were also friendly, polite and quiet. I did get two other prices, one was much higher and one a little lower. I love my windows and have never had a problem, the are easy to open and close and easy to clean (tilt in). The sales person who came to my house was very professional and knowledgeable about the windows. He informed me of all my options which made it easy for me to decide which window I wanted. I would highly recommend Care Free Homes.

They did very good work. They did an excellent job. Mike, the owner, talked to me in terms that I would understand because I knew nothing about shingles or ridges. He showed me what he was going to do and he lived up to his word. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. I got other estimates and some were lower and some were off the charts. From talking to friends and family I think it was a good price. I was quite pleased. He came when he said he would. He was very much a professional. I intend to use them again.

I AM NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROCESS THAT GOES INTO REPLACING WINDOWS, BUT THEY STILL INVOLVED ME IN IT. I WAS HAPPY THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING. I WAS ALSO VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO bE HIGHER.

I HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH THE WORKMEN. THEY WERE NOT VERY AGREEABLE WITH ME. I WOULDN'T SAY THAT THIS WAS AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. I'M JUST GLAD THAT THE JOB IS DONE. I WISH THAT I HAD GOTTEN MORE ESTIMATES SO I WOULD KNOW IF I GOT A GOOD DEAL.
