Description of Work: Company came on time & give an estimate when they came. Decided to go with another contractor.

Description of Work: Care Free Homes replaced the siding on our home with Hardee Plank siding. It came out very nice. They were very cooperative and did a good job. The only thing we expected the job to be done a little faster, but there was a problem with the weather. We had good weather here but if it was raining where their office was located they would not come. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They came every day until the job was finished. The Foreman told me what he was going to do as he began each step. They did a wonderful custom job of siding my house by building the J-channel into the sheet metal edges so there was no visible channel. The price was right and the job was done wonderfully.

Description of Work: Work done on small cape with two doghouse dormers: Strip roof,lay new 3/8" plywood over old square edge boards, replace step flashing, install new small crank open skylight with unfinished pine trim, re-top chimney,new from roof line up and install new vent edge intake(under first course, along length of roof both sides 18 total I think.) for new ridge vent to breathe. Carpenter who did finish work on skylight should have installed skylight! Just remember Roofers are not Carpenters. Also Plumber had to replace outside faucet that roofers broke. Great bunch of guys and my hat is off to the big boss Dana Pickup, a very honorable guy. His dad taught him well about old fashion values. This roof is around 6 months old, it should last 20-30 years, time will tell. |

Description of Work: Installed about 6 window replacements. All beautifully installed. However one window frame color was not as anticipated. No correction or accommodation for it. Workers were great.

Description of Work: This work was performed for my mother several years ago and she has little recollection of it anymore. I have no idea how much it cost to have her house painted, but it looked very nice when they painted it and still does. If I needed to have painting done I would would call them.

Description of Work: I hired them to build a new porch for us. Care Free Homes did a wonderful job for us. During the project the weather was awful but the crew worked through it perfectly. They were very professional and friendly. We did have one minor issue but they were quick to get it resolved. I would recommend this company to anyone.
