+ -1 moreExcellent experience. Contacted him via phone and left message which he promptly returned. He worked with my schedule and gave me good preliminary advice over the phone on how to handle what I feared was either spyware or a virus (neither ended up being present.) Showed up on time for the appointment, was courteous and complete in his work and his explanations to me (a very non-techie type) of what he did, why, what was found and how to run some additional anti-spyware programs he installed. All around good experience, and his hourly charge is very competitive.
Description of Work: Did an in-home diagnosis, repair, and "tune-up" of my personal lap top.
