+ -1 moreWeld Right was the most responsive and straightforward with us. We wanted just a simple railing. They were clear with their timeline first saying it would take about three weeks. In the end the railing was created and installed within a week of us getting our estimate. The office staff, owner, and employees who installed the railing were all easy to work with and really cared for the product. Although the railing was just installed it appears to be very well crafted and professional. I can't comment on the durability, but they did mention ways to keep it in good shape over the years.
Description of Work: We needed an outdoor railing installed at our home. We called and tried to get estimates from five different companies and only heard back from two.

+ 1 moreEverything went very well and I'm very pleased with the end result.
Description of Work: I hired them to work on a wrought iron door that accesses the lower level of our building. The iron area around the lock had rusted out and they cut out a metal box where the lock was and replace it with a new box, then reinstall the lock in the new box. They also had to weld the hinges due to damage and abuse over time. Finally, they adjusted one of the metal strips that attached to the brick wall that acted as a frame. They made sure everything matched and was done properly.

+ -1 moreGUARDS ARE BEGINNING TO RUST BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PROPERLY PAINTED. I HAVE CONTACTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES ASKING THAT HE RETURN AND PROPERLY PAINT THE GUARDS. HE HAS TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE A GIRL COME BY AND PAINT THE GUARDS, BUT NO ONE HAS EVER COME. HE ALWAYS HAS AN EXCUSE. NOW MY GUARDS ARE RUSTING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED WINDOW GUARDS ON MY WINDOWS.
