Description of Work: windows were purchased from manufacturer, but installation was done by a third party company. I came to realize that half of the cost of the windows was for installation, and the worse part is the guy who did the installation charges only half of that cost.

+ -1 moreWe bought a new house and needed to replace the old drafty windows but since the house was built in the 1920s we weren’t sure what to do. We found Ultimate Windows in Everett through a family member and gave them a call. John came out to measure our windows and gave us an estimate. About three weeks later we had our custom windows installed. We don’t have a lot of windows so it only took one day to install them all. In the end the windows came out great! Not only is there no draft but the house is a lot quieter now, too!
Description of Work: We ordered windows, it took about three weeks for the windows to be made, we ordered windows with frosted glass for the bathrooms and had a couple painted to match another room in the house. When the windows were ready John contacted us to schedule an appointment to install and he and his crew came out and installed them for us. They removed the old windows insulated the openings and installed the new windows. It took one day and all of the windows look great.
