Excellent! David had done a job for us years ago and he remembered me and the house. They had to push us back one day because of weather but it was fine. They showed up on time and got to work immediately. They did an excellent job of clearing the cellulose, removing nails and cleaning up the area. It was important to have a smooth and clean demo because of the work that was going to be done so David and his team delivered!

Extremely well! David Swimm, the proprietor, is friendly, responsive and professional. He problem-solved with us how to remove the debris in a way that worked for our condominium association. He and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were organized and careful, did a thorough job, cleaned up the job site and hauled away all of the debris. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was never able to schedule a date with this business (but, thanks to an Angie's List "deal," they still got my money). In November 2014, I purchased an Angie's List special from Trashmasters for help with getting a basement clean out started. (I knew the special wouldn't cover the whole job, but i figured I could get a start on things.) I received an immediate email from Dave asking me to provide location and dates. I responded right away--I was anxious to get the work done because my own work schedule is tight and I had an available window of time. Then I heard nothing for three weeks. On December 12, I wrote again and asked if there was a problem. I explained that I had never used an Angie's list deal before and that perhaps I had done something wrong. I received an email back that day with an apology. Dave explained that he must have gotten me mixed up with someone else and said that he would be happy to schedule the work. By then, my I was back on the road for my work and my window of opportunity had passed. We agreed that I would contact him after the new year. The new year brought serious illness to the family, and my time was eaten up. The expiration date for the special came and went, and I figured I was out of luck. My bad, clearly (though if Trashmasters had contacted me as they should have originally, the work would have been done). Fast-forward a year: I had another break in my travel schedule, another opportunity to clean out the basement, and since I had already paid for some removal service with this company, I wondered if perhaps they might give me a break on the price for a basement clean out. Not really expecting anything, but figuring that it wouldn't hurt to ask, I emailed Dave again. I got a same-day reply saying that he would be happy to honor the original special, deducting that amount from the cost of the full basement clean-out, and offering to come and give me an estimate. I was completely delighted and very grateful. I wrote back (also the same day) asking when he could come and do the full price estimate. I heard nothing back. A few days later, I wrote again, asking if he could just let me know if he was too busy to do this work, so that I wouldn't be waiting around and (again) lose the small window of time that I had to do the work. That was almost two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing back. (I guess I have my answer.) I think the pattern here is that Dave sends an immediate response to initial requests but then goes missing when it's time to actually schedule work. I'm guessing this job is probably a small one for them, and so not a high priority. I've learned my lesson about Angie's List specials (*never* pay for services before they have actually been delivered). And I'll be investigating other companies to help me with this work.

I have a very pleasant experience with Trashmasters group. First of all, everything is planned. David pointed out some preparation work during the first visit for job estimation (e.g., relocation of wire panel) so that there was no "oops" on the working day. Secondly, they followed the schedule without any trouble. Lastly and most importantly, they finished a lot of work in ~5 hours. I have a very old basement (~ 700 sq ft) where water leaks along years and looks very ugly. They removed all the floor tires, ceiling, wood wall, crappy shelves, sink, as well as some antique electrics. It took two truck loads to remove all the trash! I am very happy to see that the basement is now ready for further waterproofing work.

Taskmasters owner David, showed up as scheduled for the initial estimate and scheduled the work promptly once we gave him the approval. The crew showed up in force and began the work on time. It was clear that David and his crew knew what they are doing; most importantly the men in the crew were very respectful. They finished on time and David did a final walk through at which time when we pointed out a couple of minor details, he remedied them immediately. BTW, the bath rooms were wire lathed mud job tiles which is extremely difficult to demo. Kudos, well done!

I bought a big deal for this service. They were fine. I found that the description of the big deal was not what I thought it would be, though. They said whatever trash filled a certain capacity of truck, but it turned out to be, actually, a specific, limited size that they were going to accept so we ended up paying additional to have some of our trash removed. I was a little bit annoyed about that because they would not take as much as I had been led to believe from the description. They were good when they got here, I just found that the description was misleading. It was a large, kind of industrial, open-backed truck. It was great that they were willing to carry the items across the property. I think in the ad it said no hazardous materials co we could not dispose any paint or chemicals. We mostly had old building scraps and old landscaping material, like pallets, wire fence and stuff like that. They were very responsive. I have no recollection of them being unpunctual so they were probably on time.

The owner of the company was very professional. He quickly accommodated me by providing me with a immediate quote for the renovation of my office space. This included removing plaster, baseboards, old carpeting and furniture. His crew worked efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Everything went well. The person that dropped off & picked up was very nice.

We were in need of a dumpster quickly as another company had left us stuck. I used Angie's List to find Trashmasters and they were amazing. My husband dealt with David and worked out the details but we had a dumpster the next day (yesterday) and it is getting picked up today. They were very professional and careful when they placed the dumpster and communicated what we needed to do very well. We called David last night to say it was ready to go and he was quick to respond and they are coming today. I can't thank David enough (nor Angie's List) as this made our lives much easier - now we can move onto the next phase of our basement project.

Dave and his team did a fantastic job over a period of two full days. He was extremely responsive and took great care to make sure that they were demolishing the correct things and leaving in place the correct things. Lingering dust is always a huge concern when removing plaster, and the poly containment he used kept that down to a minimum. I would definitely use his services again.

David came in with the lowest estimate across 4 contractors *and* his team was friendly, professional, prompt, and David replied to all emails quickly. Would absolutely use again, but I'm hoping that my need for demolition is over!

They arrived on time and made quick work of demolishing the garage, cleaning up, and hauling it all away. Although there was a large potential for collateral damage and debris spread around, they managed to collapse it all inside the foundation and nothing was spilled outside. The backhoe operator was an artist with lots of precision. He managed to maneuver the machine with few marks on the lawn or driveway. The cleanup crew was very efficient and pleasant. I was very happy with everyone. It is always fascinating to watch such operations. The backhoe with its gripping jaws reminded me of a tyrannosauruses rex as it munched its way through the building. As I took pictures, I was smiling to myself as I thought of the dinosaur. Imagine my amusement as I walked along the side of the haul truck and I find a child's stuffed tyrannosauruses rex bungee corded to the side of the truck like a baby waiting for ma to finish her chores. Of course I got a picture of that. Dave is a very nice guy to deal with and he dives right into the work too, making sure stuff is cleaned up properly.

Everything was great! From my first contact to actually scheduling the dumpster to delivery and pick up -- all were professionally done with a smile. Not only were our emails and telephone communication spot on but the man who delivered the dumpster was awesome and we joked around a bit. He placed the dumpster perfectly where we wanted it. We needed to extend the time we had the dumpster and it was no problem and low cost. Will definitely use them again!

Dropped off dumpster at a convenient date for me and picked it up as soon as I was done with it to free up the driveway. Dave was very prompt in his responsiveness and would certainly use again for the next clean out job.

Great workers, showed up on time and did not finish until the job was done. They vacuumed and swept the driveway after they were done.

Trashmasters were great. All the areas they were supposed to demo - they did. All the areas they weren't supposed to demo - they didn't. It was a very clean job from start to finish. Around the edges of the ceiling that they demo'ed they left the walls perfectly in tact. They handled all the loose wires by wrapping them up individually for me to work with later. They left the place broom clean, and MUCH cleaner than it was when they started. I had a ton of stone, broken concrete, rotted 2x8s, and even a few doors for them to trash. They trashed exactly what they were supposed to. The team was attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. I feel comfortable knowing that I have a team I can call for my next demo job.

Dave's team arrive on time, got right to work, and did a fantastic job. Once the old shed was down to just the floor, the men discovered a live skunk hiding underneath! They hoisted up a corner and the scared skunk scurried away. When done, they made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Dave's service and will hire them again when we demo our old garage.

As a REALTOR®, I wanted to help a client be prepared for a quick relocation. I contacted Dave at Trashmasters for the answers to some questions and an idea of the cost of a roll-off rental for a week. I also spoke with two other companies before him. The first did not serve the area and the second sounded like I either woke him up or was being too bothersome. Dave was courteous, very helpful, even though I didn't know exactly what questions I needed to ask, and so completely professional that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trashmasters again and again. Delivery/pickup were prompt, the driver contacted me for instructions on which side of the driveway I wanted blocked by the roll-off, I just couldn't have asked for a more professional and thorough service provider. I called Dave and he responded immediately. I emailed him on a Sunday evening and by later that evening he responded to my email. He came out and evaluated the job and the size dumpster we would need. He was going to drop it off on Monday, but because of our street sweeping schedule needed to move it to next Monday. Monday afternoon Trashmaster dropped off the dumpster. It was clean inside and out and opened with a door for easy access. We have been filing the dumpster and having a door makes it much easier to fill. We are pleased that we used Trashmaster and and Dave. We ended up keeping the dumpster a few extra weeks and cost $25/wk extra but we're glad we did. When we called they came the next day. The driver that picked up the dumpster was a really nice guy and was very attentive on making sure that no-one was in the back or near the dumpster while he secured the load and the dumpster on the truck. Glad we used Trashmaster and would use them again.

I had a smallish (15 yd) roll-off delivered from Trashmasters; I did the clean-out myself, so not exactly a comprehensive test of their services. However, the experience was great for what it was. The owner, David, picked up the phone on my first call, and somehow managed to deliver the roll-off to me within a couple of hours (which is kind of amazing). The guy who brought it was nice enough and took care not to damage my driveway. The dumpster itself was relatively clean and in presentable condition (I have seen some pretty beat-up dumpsters from other companies). Prices are relatively standardized for roll-offs (and kind of high), but Trashmasters was a tiny bit less expensive ($25) then the next best price I found. If they had been another $25 down I would give them an "A" for price, but no complaints as it was. They picked up the dumpster the day following my call (I said there was no rush, so having to wait a day was not an issue for me--I expect they would have come the same day if that had been important). I was mailed an invoice and receipt within a couple of days. I will certainly use them again the next time I need a roll-off.

So far, so good. Dumpster was delivered on time and just called to "renew" contract. David was very polite and accommodating.

Trashmasters did an unbelievable job - fast, clean and complete. Picked up permit from town. They took all trash offsite, including old appliances. They beat the price of everyone else.

Trashmasters came exactly when they said they would. They were able to drop the dumpster on the street in front of my house. Three guys loaded the dumpster, mostly construction debris (plaster, bricks, wood, etc). They made very quick work of the job. They loaded just under 3 tons of debris in about 3 hours, swept the floor clean, and took the dumpster away. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went!

Please see above would never use them again. We went with them because they worked with a contractor we used.
