Sylvia's Cleaning

Description of Work: They are friendly people, wife and husband. They do good job every time. I continue to use them.

Description of Work: Upon their first visit, Sylvia's Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my house. They don't know English well so rely on their daughter to make appointments by phone. After many attempted phone calls (i.e. me chasing her down), she made an agreement with me that they would do a thorough, post-construction cleaning of my home at a price we agreed upon. Sylvia and her husband came over to look at my house again when I was under the impression that they were going to clean it. This miscommunication led them to deciding not to do this extra post-construction cleaning, although they would do a regular cleaning for me on another day. I was just too confused between what my expectations had been and what they actually delivered (or not delivered in this case). In my frustration, I decided to hire a different cleaning person, who also did an excellent job at a lower price. I am sure that their point of view is probably different from mine, which makes sense especially when we could not communicate in one single language directly to each other. Their skills at general cleaning are excellent, but if you need anything beyond the ordinary, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Description of Work: Sylvia and her crew have been cleaning my house for the past 6 months and they are like family to me. Our household, my husband, myself and my three year old plus two cats and a dog. After they leave you would not know that we have the animals.
