Bad. The head technician is super unprofessional and rude. He bailed out for no reason 3 times and always never inform or call beforehand to cancel. He is also a liar. He makes up excuses to not to come whenever is inconvenient for him and lied that he told the office (I assume just the secretaries) to reschedule but the office never heard from him. The first time when they came they diagnosed one small part needs to be replaced we ordered and shipped directly to me. While replacing the small part they somehow burnt my main board and then I had to wait to order again, and the last time when they come they installed everything but essentially nothing works - I highly doubt they even know at all how a fridge works. When I called again for revisit, they bailed on me twice and the last time the head technician just yelled at us and says he is no longer coming at all. He should be out of business for being this rude and useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner is rude and condescending. I don't think he would be in business without warranty work. He doesn't show up when promised and doesn't call to inform you. The last straw was this morning - he was supposed to come out yesterday to install a new ice maker in my fridge (he didn't even realize that he had the parts shipped to me.) The time frame was 1-3; at 2:45 I called his office and the girl told me he had had an emergency and would call him (as usual no one had called me). She told me he would be here before 4 and, of course, he never showed up. I called first thing this morning and he acted like he didn't know who I was; I raised my voice and then he started screaming at me - I couldn't get a word in edgewise. He hung up on me and will not come back. I also want Warrant Tech to fire him as a warranty tech - he doesn't deserve to represent them! DO NOT USE HIM!

this company is horrible. Our dishwasher broke and was under warranty so we had to go through Frigidaire first available appointment one week away but we took it. My husband took the day off from work to allow them into the house. Appt was between 8-12 at 12:15 we called and they said yeah no this Wednesday was not convenient for us we will be in your area next Wednesday. *** not convenient for you no phone call no nothing. I said i made an appointment how is this possible she then told me I made the appointment with Frigidaire not them and it was not convenient for them. Bad customer service = bad service STAY AWAY

Everything went well and as expected, from the original call to request service, to the actual service call and follow up. Very professional and good customer service all around.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the panel on our Thermador oven (which I wouldn't buy again, btw). Oven stopped working several days before Thanksgiving and we were panicked since we had 16 people coming over. Supreme had someone out to our house the next day and they brought the part that needed to be fixed so everything was repaired on the same day. Very friendly and fast.

They came to service our dishwasher and stove, the day of service call they tried to cancel because they didn't have enough people for the stove repair. I made them come to repair the dishwasher. after 20mins they claimed they fixed it. My wife told them it wasn't working and showed the repairman it did not work. He insisted it was fixed and told her to use it and see if it didn't work. Then he just left. A complete waste of time.
Description of Work: Serviced two appliances under warranty. Took 3 weeks to get parts and another 2 weeks to finally get them to show up.

By our records, we received a call from you on 02/11 and we showed at your house to diagnose the unit on 02/15. Parts were needed, we order it trogh Marcone Supply and it took 3 weeks to get the parts, we were at your house and replaced the parts last week for the dishwasher, and yes our second guy for the 2 man group were out sick....We do have schedule to go back to your house on 03/19 to fix your stove. Sorry to hear that from you...Our wish is to make everybody happy, but not always happen...Thank you for your comments..

He was supposed to fix our Bosch Dishwasher. He got up and abruptly left in the middle of the job. He just said he is not touching this. He was very rude and unprofessional. He also is the owner. Stay far away from these guys. My worst experience ever with a contractor.

This was arguably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Entire conversations were lost, I was called a liar and threatened with collections -- over warranty service arranged by the manufacturer! The freezer was under warranty, and Bosch arranged for Supreme to perform service. Supreme contacted us to arrange a visit. I scheduled a visit and rearranged my schedule so I could meet them. The next morning the same rep (Indi?) called to schedule the visit. I pointed out that we already had a visit scheduled. "No we don't." She went on to deny that I had ever spoken to them before, and said that I couldn't have the time I'd already scheduled, because that time wasn't available and never had been. Bosch was paying for this though, so I eventually agreed to schedule a new time. The diagnostic visit was OK -- technicians arrived within time window and were polite. Diagnostic effort consisted of looking at the freezer and asking me what didn't work (it's cool, but not hitting the temp it's supposed to). They did not actually touch the freezer. Technician decided to replace the control boards. Repair visit was also fine. On time, polite. The technician said we would need to monitor this for several days, and that he would leave the ticket open. Four days after the initial service I got a call from them demanding payment. I told her I didn't think I should have to pay anything since a) it was warranty service arranged by Bosch, b) nobody had ever mentioned any charges, c) the fix didn't appear to be working. "You won't pay? I'm sending you to collections," were the first words out of her mouth. The call got worse from there. Bosch subsequently sent their own technician out. He opened the back of the freezer to find an obvious refrigerant leak. Bosch has confirmed that they are responsible for all cost.
Description of Work: Performed diagnosis and repair on a Bosch freezer (under warranty) that is not maintaining temperature correctly.

To make up for taking so long to diagnose and fix the problem, they assured me that they would give me a good deal on next work, but they never returned my call when I needed a repair on another appliance. Totally unprofessional.
Description of Work: Water was accumulating in base of our dish washer. Supreme appliance came 4 times and changed parts that did not need to be changed, before they finally relaced the faulty valve.

Dish washing machine was not working. Appointment was made to repair machine. Technician "repaired" the dishwasher, but one month later it was not working again with the same symptoms. They were called again - worker came out again and said they would have to order some parts. After about a month, I had not hear back from them so I contacted them to see if the parts were in. It took 4 to 5 calls to get an answer. (I asked repeatedly for a call back and NO calls from them.) They came back again, different person this time, and were not able to repair the machine. They again said that it needed more parts. Again, it took 4-5 calls to find out if the part were in. Finally, the part was in and an appointment was made. When they came back, it was the wrong part. So, we made another appointment. They got another part and came back to install the new part, but discovered that one of the earlier parts installed the the wrong one as now the door would not close. So, we scheduled another appointment to come back with the correct part. It's been about 2 months now and I have not yet heard back from them. In the meanwhile, I contacted Yale Electric, they came out within one week, repaired the machine and indicated the the wrong parts were used on the machine and certain clips that were suppose to hold down the hoses were not installed causing the door to stick and not close properly.
Description of Work: The dishwasher was supposed to be repaired - after repeated visits and multiple parts ordered (all at different times) the machine was not repaired and although I have contacted the company regarding this problem, they still have not called me back. It's been about 6 weeks.

The Fridge was repaired in 2 visits. 1 to diagnose and order the part and a second to install the part. The dryer took 4 visits and one no show and is still not fixed correctly. The first visit they came to figure out was wrong. They came on a second visit installed the new part but it still did not work they needed another part. They did not show up for the next appointment. The third visit still could not get it working. The fourth visit, now the dryer heats and dries but the auto drying mechanism which was working now does not work. They claim only one part was broken but charged us to replace 2 parts. The owner/supervisor does not return calls.
Description of Work: I had two repairs - A GE profile fridge was leaking water and a Whirlpool duet dryer was not heating up.

While I am happy with the outcome (i.e. my appliances are currently functioning), my experience with Supreme Appliance was mixed. I found it very difficult to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone when I called would always tell me that he would call me back (when a part came in, when the owner was around, etc)...and then never did. I was constantly having to call to get updates on my appliances that needed parts, etc. That was very frustrating.
Description of Work: I used Supreme Appliance to service both my microwave and my washing machine. I am satisfied that they fixed the problems associated with both and the owner of the store is very nice and intelligent.

Our washer had been out of service for over 4 weeks. We had been working with another repair service, who gave us very poor service, and kept on stringing us along (the part is on order, the part is being shipped, the part is lost in the mail). After calling the manufacturer, Bosch recommended we call Supreme. We called Supreme, explained our problem. We were desperate. Two days later, they had the part in hand. They scheduled us two days later, showed up exactly on time, and the washer was working 30 minutes later. A total of 4 business days, start to finish. They were very helpful, polite, and most of all, competent. Bosch was also very helpful, providing the part for free, even though the washer was out of warranty.
