+ -1 moreRonaldo and his crew met a tight deadline required for this project, from initial measurements to installation. We are very pleased with the final look. Communication was fine, I was able to contact the office by phone or email. All interactions with Ronaldo, office staff & crew were good. The price was a little higher than another firm we considered, but I believe this may have been due to the design of the railings.

+ -1 moreWell, first my contractor said to expect to be contacted, but I never was. By the time the project ended, the last thing remaining was the handrail. I finally got their contact info, emailed them, and left a number of messages on their voice mail. I eventually made contact, and Reynaldo agreed to come in and take a look. He never came. I was able to reach him by phone one other time, but he was in the middle of a project, and would call be back. He never did. Ramos Ironworks was a waste of my time.
Description of Work: I needed a black iron handrail for my store. This was part of a project, and my general contractor recommended "Reynaldo" at Ramos Ironworks.
